Ever since I was introduced to Field Edge they have been AWESOME! The customer service is great and they are willing to help you literally with everything. We transitioned from ESC to Field Edge about 8 months ago. As with any big change, it was a process, but Field Edge, particularly Lyuda, was there for us all the way! We now feel pretty proficient but still lean on Lyuda as we delve deeper into all the things Field Edge can do!
Great Customer Support
I heard about FieldEdge from a fellow locksmith. Based off of his recommendation along with another locksmith, we decided to jump in and try it. It's a process (as with any large install) to get everything set up, but I have to say that the customer support has been excellent. Lyuda responds to any questions I may have immediately with often a follow up to make sure things are running smoothly. I have also used their online chat service for small questions with great results. Even small companies could benefit from a dispatching software like FieldEdge. As a business owner, there is piece of mind knowing that ALL of your jobs are getting billed properly. FE is pretty robust and can pretty much do anything you want it to do, but we primarily just use it for dispatching and billing.

The company I work for has been using Field Edge for almost a year now, and so far we really like it. Before Field Edge we used ESC which was not a paperless software and the transition to paperless has been so easy. Our main contact for support is Lyuda and SHE IS AWESOME! She is so friendly and personable and really explains things in a way we all understand.
Very Useful!
FE is a good software for our HVAC business and pretty easy to use. I like that it integrates with my Quickbooks. It's different than anything we have used in the past. It also has a lot of nice features for our service techs and our customers. The very best part is the customer service and tech support. They are devoted to making their customers happy and satisfied.
2+ Years on Field Edge
We have been with Field Edge for 2 years and are very happy with the software. It was one of the easiest software implementations we have done in our 35 years. The support team is amazing and super responsive. Mobile app is intuitive and user friendly. Being hosted in the cloud allows us to logon from anywhere with internet service.

We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service. Based on company needs we are now trying to do in-house development to report on data in both Desco and Quickbooks. To test these new reports we needed to bring up a test environment. In reaching out to FieldEdge ESC I was immediately put in touch with customer service rep Robin Wilson who quickly and fully understood our objectives and developed a plan to support our efforts. In one simple phone call we were all set to move forward. That level of support deserves kudos.

Customer service is very helpful and any time you call for help they will either call you back quickly or help you immediately if possible. Our rep is Lyuda and she is awesome. I find the software easy to use and other than trying to learn a new system there was very little downside to the options. If you have a choice pick FieldEdge over Service Titan.

FieldEdge is a great tool!
Pros: As a user who started at my company after FieldEdge was already in place, I can honestly say that FieldEdge was very easy to learn. It is user friendly and the basics can be picked up very quickly. For the more seasoned user, it has more intricate features & applications that you can utilize for your specific needs. Our technicians invoice & collect in the field and with the Quickbooks integration, it helps keep our outstanding invoices to a minimum. FieldEdge provides a live chat feature, which is a great tool. The Reps are very friendly and knowledgeable and super quick to respond! Each user can customize their settings to maximize the ease of use. For instance, I like to have my service tech dispatch board as my default since I am managing that board more closely than my estimator, apprentice or office boards. You can easily toggle between them but it is great to have just the ones I need on top. You can assign priority flags to calls to give quick at-a-glance visual markers. This is great when we have calls that can be interchanged between techs with the same skill sets, which can also be assigned in FieldEdge. The Do Not Service feature is another great tool that has allowed us to prevent accidental scheduling on accounts that we do not wish to service. All in all, it is a great tool that can be as simple or complex as you want it to be.
Cons: We have had a few instances over the past year with the software being down, but frankly, at least 2 of those times it was a Microsoft issue, not specially FieldEdge. There are times that FieldEdge runs slowly, but for the most part, it is a stable platform. We have had a couple issues with licensing error messages when trying to add additional uses on our account, but they were quickly resolved and corrected with a call in to the team.

FieldEdge Is a great software to use.
Lyuda R is the best Rep for FieldEdge. The most important thing with FieldEdge is who take care of you. We are with FE over 2 years we had hard time in first to complete or need what we want because of support service. As we go FE improve a lot technical and service support. Right now is much better then was before. Also our Rep Lyuda doing GREAT JOB I'am very happy and impressed how she take care of our needs. Other things: I like simplicity of using FieldEdge and as you know how it works. Price for software compare to the others is good so this was a huge impact to make a final decision. You cant do anything after completed. Change notes, change payments. I think it will be beneficial if there be some kind of the Administration account just in case.

We have tried other systems and I will have to say that Fieldedge's customer support is by far better than the other companies we tried. Anytime I contacted Erica or Kevin they got the problem taken care of in a timely manner not days usually within a couple hrs. They take the time to listen to customer needs and address them. In our industry we needed custom fields/settings and they figured out how to get us what we needed. I highly recommend them for businesses, it streamlines our dispatching system with our invoice system. Thanks crew for doing a good job.

Can't say enough about FieldEdge and…
Can't say enough about FieldEdge and what it has changed for our company. We began looking almost two years ago to take our company to the next level and chose FieldEdge to help us get there. We are able to customize the program in so many ways to fit our business to track the things we want to. They are always updating the software based on customer recommendations! The customer service and support are hands down the best there is! You won't regret using this software!
