Amazing!
Amazing! The Feydom Clooods modular sofa I ordered was very neatly delivered within just a couple of days.
I absolutely love this new modular sofa, since I can easily reposition the elements to meet whatever seating arrangement requirement I may have at home; from a 2 person guest bed to comfortably seating 6 adults in a cozy setup.

Levering ging soepel
Levering ging soepel. Ik werd opeens opgebeld dat de bezorging de dag erop zou plaatsvinden.
Bezorger heeft het plastic en karton verwijderd en meegenomen! Super!
Geleverde poef ziet er mooi uit! De koele kleuren zijn leuk! Jammer dat het kussen geen rits heeft, als er een hond of poes op ligt wil je het kussen toch regelmatig wassen... dat is misschien een tip

Very poor quality of the product
The sofa came with one broken element and with torn pillow.
The quality of delivered product is extremely poor.

The communication with Feydom team is indeed great and very helpful. I must say it is a pleasure to talk to your colleagues.
What left a bitter feeling in our case is that nevertheless the communication is super positive we still got a broken sofa. Even though it might be the fault of the delivery company (though I believe delivery is still part of the service), it is still weird that 2 of 6 items are broken.
Perhaps my impression about bad quality is false, and what we are dealing with is insufficient packaging or extremely aggressive delivery service, but it is still within your area of influence to improve it.

This is supposed to be a service review, and first we would like to share a few words about it. We got you a sofa that you liked, with a discount, and extremely fast, all while communicating with you all the time and answering all questions in a timely manner. Our delivery service was also there to assemble the sofa and dispose the packing material, both of which you declined.
About the two damaged parts of the product: things like this happen mostly during manipulation or transport. It was definitely not manufactured like that on purpose. But even if an small mistake passed through the quality control, you still have the product guarantee. As a matter of fact, the same day when we received the pictures you sent, we immediately ordered a new part and a new cover for the cushion, and those will be on their way to you next week. Also a service person will come to connect the part and replace the cover.
You did not send any evidence about your claim of "extremely poor quality", and just your claim could misinform the readers of these reviews. If you feel that there is any ground for your claim, we would really like to know about it so feel free to write to us any time. We are not running away. If there are any mistakes, we want to improve and not let that happen in future. If necessary, we will replace the whole sofa, if that is truly needed.
We really care to keep our customers happy, and we also want to make sure that the readers of these reviews can form a realistic opinion about our products based on reasonable and thorough reviews.

Hele goede service
Hele goede service, ik had een aantal vragen die snel werden beantwoord, en toen ik uiteindelijk de bank (op voorraad) had besteld in de ochtend werd hij in de avond al geleverd! Ik heb de Clooods, die zit erg lekker en het is leuk om te wisselen van opstelling. Voor de opstelling die het mooiste staat in mijn woonkamer moet ik wel 1 of 2 kussens bijbestellen denk ik. De app waarmee je de bank via AR in de woonkamer kan zien had de afmetingen best goed gedaan!

We zijn ontzettend vriendelijk geholpen door Feydom. Toen er per abuis een andere stof was geleverd is er gratis een tweede set toegestuurd. Super snel. Fijne service.

Time of delivery was as agreed,on time.No problem at all.This modular sofa looks great,and having ability to occasionally sleep on it makes it even greater.Very good sleeping quality.Only minor issue is fact that sofa's modular parts are moving a little bit from each other even if you put the brakes on wheels.It is by the way modular sofa so it's not in one peace but it moves a little bit more than I wish.But in general,I am satisfied with this beautifull BonBon L modular sofa.

Buying a couch in a pandemic
Buying a couch in a pandemic where you cannot sit on it is a scary thought, but we couldn’t wait. Thankfully the couch is exactly what we would have wanted, firm but comfortable. The modular design is what drew us to it, the fact it can be more than just a couch with some simple manoeuvres is a game changer. The couch took around 6-7 weeks from payment to delivery but for sofas that’s not unusual (and it was coming across Europe!), the guys at Feydom were in touch during the process to let us know what was happening.
All in all would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa!!

Great design & good service!
Ordered a sofa, knowing it takes always a few months to get it, but In less than 2 months it was delivered.
The design is great, love the way you can change the sofa into a bed or lounge bed.
Quality of the fabric seems very good but we only have it for a short time.
Service is great too, respond quickly and friendly to questions.
Recommend to get one!

Brilliant customer service, and the Clooods sofa is magic! Wietse from Feydom made sure my sofa was here on time, and kept me updated every step of the way. I love that Feydom delivery includes installation and that the courier takes the packaging away with them, so I can enjoy my new sofa immediately.
