Ordered two dresses with shorts attached!
Goods arrived but no shirts attached just dresses and too small!
Have emailed the customer service mail address and eventually have had a reply saying to return we have to send to an address in China and cover costs or they will refund me half the costs and I keep the goods!
I have chosen the second option !!! Let’s see if I get any money refunded!
Company diabolical and I will not be purchasing anything else from a social media site! SCAMS

Ordered 4 fans back in May. Got confirmation email to say order received. Money taken from account. To this day nothing has arrived. I've sent countless emails to the customer care team. I got one response back to say they would be on the way. Since I've sent countless emails with no response. Money gone. No sign of a refund. Absolute scam of a company. I will take this further to get my money back. Please please do not order from these unless you just want money wasted.

AVOID THIS IS A SCAM. Order never arrived. Zero response from customer services. Link to the Hermes tracking page was actually to an infected site. Money lost.

Ordered off a different website and for some reason how they did it I have no idea redirected me to this site paid for my item had no email confirmation so I did some investigation and found it to be a scam site have informed bank and they told me to call back on the 13th august and speak to the fraud squad

I ordered the rotary grater from Ferristale. It arrived in a battered light cardboard box. There is a crack in the clear plastic that holds the vegetable to be grated. The suction on the base does not work, there is damage to part of the unit. It is useless and does not work. I sent 2 emails to Ferristale and have had no reply. I feel I've been scammed. Do not buy from Ferristale. I'd appreciate if anyone can tell me how to deal with getting a refund, or is that also a complete waste of time?

I bought two dungarees and after almost a month they finally arrived. I ordered size XL but the dungarees will fit a very skinny short teenager round the age of 13. Definetively it doesn't fit an adult who ordered an XL Dungaree. Also, the stitches are pretty bad as well. Ive contacted them last Thursday to get the address and return the items and request a refund. Today is Monday evening and they haven't replied. So I decided to Google the address myself and to my surprise I discovered the company is a scam. I can't believe I fell for it and how UK hasn't dealt with. Sounds I lost my money.

Received a two piece suit today. Trousers and long top. Cheap and nasty. Spots marks over fabric and stitching is coming undone. Took 6 weeks to arrive and it’s awful. Steer clear. PayPal case opened. Update: full refund given. Sent pics showing poor quality, poor stitching and fraying.

Fake ads of their products, 3 emails sent to get the return address, no answer for two weeks.

Ordered the Capri pants supposed to be white but was cream ,very poor quality they was cropped pants I don't remember them being cropped pants absolute rubbish

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers that were supposed to be discounted by 15%. The discounts were not applied, the full price was charged and when the goods arrived they are very poor quality and far too small. The company have not responded to an email requesting a return address and I am stuck with 3 pairs of trousers that I cannot use or return. Lesson learned. Buyer Beware.

Ordered 4 pairs tights supposed to stretch massively couldn't get past upper thighs tried again and they ladders - supposed to be I destructible. Have sent two emails both of which plus my original order have disappeared from my i-phone, and of course no reply. Will not be using again

Ordered a pair of trousers. Quality was awful and size a joke. Looked nothing like the picture.
Was then ignored by customer service when requesting info on how to return. I'm now stuck with the trousers as nowhere to return them to.

I agree wth all that has already been written. I ordered med sized wonen’s trousers. Size nearer small to medium, wouldn’t get past my upper thighs! Sent 2 emails for refund also posted adverse comments in facebook thread, but no response.
I should have known better!!! Friend going to help me claim through PayPal, but I don’t hold out much use.
Lesson learned. ☹️

I ordered a pair of their loose fit trousers. They eventually arrived three weeks later. Wrong size, wrong colour and really badly sewn. To get a refund I need to send them back to China which will cost more than they're worth. After reading some of these reviews, I doubt I'll get a refund anyway. I would never order from this company again.

Bought 2 children's kaleidoscopes, extremely disappointed with quality of product, very flimsy, covered with glue, poorly packaged, would not use this company again
