Bought a machine which I thought was new . Turned out to be reconditioned . Faulty boiler , marks on the drip tray and water in the tank . Said it was tested before leaving the shop. Which retailer test new equipment? Tried to blame me for not knowing how to use the machine which was insulting. Returned item through PayPal buyers guarantee and got a refund . Buyer beware before purchasing from this supplier. Pay by credit card to protect yourself . Smooth talking sales person but unscrupulous seller

I've had a couple of issues over the 18 years I've owned my Isomac Millennium, and on both occasions, Espresso Lane has diagnosed the problem, fixed it, done a service, and returned it just like a new machine! Their knowledge about these machines is amazing, the service so friendly, and quality of work superb. No point considering anywhere else for getting your machine serviced or if you have a problem with it!

My ponte vecchio lusso developed a boiler fault. Francis was quick to resolve being able to source replacement parts and repair my machine under warranty.

I contacted Espresso lane with regard to the purchase of a Quick Mill coffee machine. I spoke to Francis who took me through the machines available and which would suite me as coffee drinker and not needing the regular use of a steam wand. After our chat I decided on the Quick mill Carola E61 PID and purchased a milk frother independently . It arrived safely packaged. It's a brilliant machine and I am extremely pleased with my choice. By the way I highly recommend the Ascaso Steel Duo PID - for many years I had a "classic" dual boiler with Faema brew group type of coffee machine, but this machine does basically the same with more constant temperature (no over-heating), short heating time and not nearly as much energy consuption.

Recently purchased a new Ascoso Steel Duo PID espresso machine, Francis spent a good hour on a Friday afternoon talking me through the options some of which I hadn’t considered and then patiently dealt with further queries via email. Great service, great commas and a great machine, can’t really ask for more.
