Fen Regis Trophies Bewertungen

Really fast and responsive service and great quality product. Thank you very much for sorting our Canon UK awards.

Always reliable and great to work with. They work well with our delivery partners and are always accommodating of our last-minute requests and tight deadlines!

Very good communication, responded really quickly. Items were dispatched well in advance of when they were required.

Fen trophies went above and beyond in their service. I had left sorting a trophy until rather late in the day. Having found the trophy we wanted, no local trophy shop could turn it around within the timescales. I phoned Fen Trophies and they got onto it immediately. They absolutely exceeded my expectations with the engraving. I thought we would just have each line engraved as per the entry fields on the website -far from it. Within hours of ordering we got a beautifully artworked proof to approve. We approved it at 6:30pm that evening and at 7:21pm I got confirmation that it would go ahead for engraving. It was posted the next day and we got it delivered the morning after that via courier. Incredibly service at an incredible price. We won’t be going anywhere else for our trophies in the future. To add, Fen also provide an excellent phone service. I had a few queries and they immediately picked up the phone and dealt with matters in a very friendly and efficient manner. Top company. Thank you!

Fen Regis is a fantastic business to work with. They were quick to fulfil our bulk order ahead of our event, ensuring all crystals were correct and delivered ahead of schedule. The team has been extremely accommodating of our business needs, including last-minute changes, and has made the entire process seamless.

Quick, patient and friendly communication.

It has been a pleasure working with Fen Regis, and we look forward to collaborating with them again in the future.

I wanted a piece to commemorate the passing of a dear colleague.
I chose the ornament I liked, sent the verse I wanted engraving and ordered it.
By return Email I was sent a proof engraving to approve and then waited only a couple of days until my order arrived.
It was packaged really well and arrived safely.
The piece was a fair price, perfect and exactly as I'd ordered. It was beautifully engraved and of excellent quality.
Every stage was updated so that I knew what was happening.
The whole process was faultless and I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
Thank you Fen Regis Trophies for creating a lasting memorial for a very special person.

Have ordered from Fen Regis for several years now for our annual awards ceremony. Always great service, responsive and easy to work with - will order again, and would recommend!

The service was outstanding, from my first phone call and email on the Wednesday, received proof at 7am on the Thursday morning, to delivery of the product, Friday. The end product was perfect. Exceptional service and product.

Great service, communication and a beautiful trophy. Thank you!

Excellent service from Fen Regis Trophies from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was prompt, the order was handled efficiently, and the finished product exceeded expectations. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and would highly recommend them.

So easy, the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful.
Prompt service and delivery. Hassle free!

We found the perfect trophy from Fen Regis but sadly when it came to engraving it, there was a major issue with the trophy itself. No problem though, Andrew and Scott went above and beyond to get us the next best trophy and in record time. That then arrived damaged due to the delivery company, not Fen Regis's fault. Andrew and Scott once again jumped into action and got a replacement trophy to us in a couple of days.

This is a 5 star review because you can't beat service like this. There were issues that were out of the companies control but they went above and beyond to get it sorted. I was reassured every step of the way and my deadline for the trophies arrival wasn't affected. Buy with confidence as the service and product are amazing.
