I have been with FELLA Health for just over 2 years and it has been nothing short of amazing.. Fast and easy intake, fast response from the Dr that reviews your case and from there your meds ship with everything you need to help you succeed. Also great having a person you can contact and literally have your answer within hours. I am down just shy of 80lbs and looking for a few more .. then maintenance mode.. It has been life changing to say the least..

The medication is not a miracle cure for weightloss by itself alone. However, coupled with regular gym work outs and a real fietary change, it is an amazing tool for achieving weight loss goals that may have been completely unattainable without it. I really bought into the program to maximize my success. No processed or fast foods, smart meal choices, no processed sugars, x6 days a week in the gym on weight training and cardio, adequate sleep and consistency in practice of the whole ecosystem of wellness. Not just the medication itself. If you do not exercise or change your lifestyle, you will have poor and minimal success if any at all. I've lost 15 lbs in 2 months from 195 lbs January 05 to 177 lbs as of February 19. It works if you work. Im loving the feeling of success and a physical well-being i haven't felt since I was a varsity athlete in high-school.

I was very nervous about purchasing weight loss meds online, but so glad I went with Fella. They have been a great partner in my weight loss journey. Fella has been great to work with. When there is a problem they have always responded on a timely manner.

Accepted me as a new customer for MJ, took the money, then emailed me to say I had to pay more as they had an affiliate company I’d already used (not stated on their sign up page). The email stated a refund would be processed, and if I had anted to continue with the order at the higher price, to contact them. I didn’t.
11 days later no refund. When I emailed to ask where the refund was, I was told I had to contact them to request it. This was never mentioned in their email, and they cancelled the order so why hold on to my money? Will be another 10 days before I receive the refund of £239, so not a small amount of money. Terrible company, awful customer service. Will never use again or recommend to others.

My experience with Fella has been beyond exceptional since the beginning. There have been no hiccups, one minuscule issue, but nothing but smooth sailing. My mentor Stanley Whitaker has been with me from day one and has such exceptional customer service I always know if I have any issues no matter the problem, he will find a resolution for me and stay on top of it until it is resolved. The only minor issue I’ve had is my prescription being sent to the wrong location and that was only due to my relocation. Otherwise, I have zero complaints and would wholeheartedly recommend Stanley Whitaker as your go-to for support and encouragement. He does it all and I am super grateful for him being there for me because customer is everything to me and he is the epitome of what that should look like. I started my journey with Fella Health back in March 2025 at 330 lbs and I’m down 112 lbs to date. From day one, they’ve been awesome to work with and truly run a top-notch program.
