Do not opt for natural diamonds. I paid an extra $1200 USD for natural diamonds to be in my ring set. Upon receiving, and then examination by 3 different reputable gemologists; the gemstones are verified Mossanite. Nothing in my order even said this customer had opted for natural diamonds(just a big difference in price); nor any diamond certificate received in packaging.

The ring looks like the photos, and the shipping was quick.

I'll admit my fiancé and I were hesitant about ordering from Felicegals at first. We were looking at rings for days and I really fell for the kite cut moss agate look, but Reddit reviews were iffy. I decided it was worth the risk and I'm so glad we took it. Initially, he got two bands for the proposal and they ONLY bad thing about the experience was that he wanted to keep it a secret and the delivery date was unexpected. The carrier gives an estimated delivery date, but they show up days earlier. BUT that is more on the carrier than this business. We later on ordered a third band to complete the look (with a $100 off sale, it was great.) The delivery issue did happen again, it didn't potentially ruin a surprise but we had to plan to be home to sign for the package and you can't predict when it will actually arrive. That was tough. However, the rings are amazing and so worth it. The shine is gorgeous, the veining in the stone is beautiful, the bands are thinner than a typical engagement band, but they are holding up well. Also, I plan to solder then together to create one big ring in the future, so it won't likely be an issue later on. If you get multiple bands, they email you a computer aided design to approve or adjust to make sure the look is perfect. I definitely recommend this company for affordable, beautiful, and customizable rings.

Extremely happy with my purchase of a custom ring. Well my soon to be wife was happy and in turn I was happy. Would recommend to anyone look for custom rings.

Unresponsive to email for two weeks.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have given so many chances for our issue to resolved and we continue to get little to no communication.

My husband purchased a ring back in October. The ring was delayed shipment due to a “planned break of the goldsmith” but we were never notified of that prior or with our order confirmation. Once we were received the ring we didn’t think the quality and size matched the price we paid so we asked for a return.

It took multiple attempts to get customer service to respond on how we do a return and only finally got a response when I reached out via IG.

We sent the ring back and then never heard anything. I followed up after they had it in their possession for a week. And there was an “issue with their returns department” that caused the delay and they said we would be getting our refund minus a 30% fee.

Well the refund never happened. They have now had they ring back in their possession for over a month and we have continued to follow up via email and IG. It finally felt like we were getting somewhere and then we were asked to provide our PayPal information. Well we didn’t pay with PayPal nor do we even have a PayPal account.

I beyond frustrated and fed up. Now we have paid thousands for a ring that we don’t even have. There are a ton of great reviews but look at the reviews of when customer service is really needed. When you have a problem. That is when true customer service happens and when you’re buying something that costs thousands of dollars that customer service should not be over looked. Go elsewhere.

Production was fast and it seems to be very well constructed. Came to me faster than expected. My main disappointment is that the actual product looks nothing like the one depicted on the website. The site make the gems look enourmous and striking, when the actual ring showed up they were laughably tiny.
