Bought the full premium package
Bought the full premium package, including scratch resistant coating.
Scratches appeared on my lens and customer service replied that the lenses are "more durable than standard lenses, but it is not scratch proof".
Don't sell an option that isn't fit for purpose. Personally I'm bullsh*t proof rather than bullsh*t resistant myself.
I'll go to my local and more expensive optician from now on. I have no problem paying for a service or product regardless of the price, once it is done so fairly.

Scratch-resistant coatings are designed to provide greater durability against the minor wear and tear of everyday use compared to standard lenses. However, while they offer increased protection, they cannot completely prevent scratches in all circumstances and are not intended to be scratch-proof.
We carefully reviewed the information and images you provided to see if there was any indication of a manufacturing issue. We appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely regret any disappointment this has caused.

Ordered prescription reading glasses I was sent distance glasses. I emailed to say this and was told I got the order wrong. Clearly on my order on their app I ordered reading glasses. I recently again ordered reading glasses and have just received Distance glasses. I literally give up.

Ordered contacts lenses a week ago and…
Ordered contacts lenses a week ago and it still has not arrived in Dublin. Website says fast delivery and only a few business days for delivery so this is misleading. I would prefer if they provided accurate delivery times. I wanted these for vacation and now I won't have them unfortunately. Can't rely on this company won't be ordering again unless they improve.

Great experience
This was my second time ordering from FeelsGoodContacts, and I’m very satisfied.
I purchased two pairs of glasses, and both turned out great. The frames are beautiful, and the lenses were made perfectly. I was especially impressed with how well they handled my high prescription in a very thin frame.
Delivery to Ireland took 5 days, which was a reasonable and tolerable waiting time. Everything arrived in good condition.
Overall, I’m very happy with my new glasses and would definitely buy from this store again. Thank you!
