I ordered from Feel Good Contacts after Specsavers cancelling my order for the second time. I ordered a pair of glasses with transition lenses and a pair of wider sunglasses for my husband. The sunglasses arrived two days later and my glasses arrived today after only been shipped on Friday. It had been faster than any other company I have used and I have one pair of glasses that will work as sunglasses as well instead of two pairs and it was much cheaper. I really recommend Feel Good Contacts, the experience has been next to none.

After an initial hiccup, my order got sorted. Unfortunate for me on my first order didn't get a good impression of the delivery process. I gave it a try as the contact lenses do seem good price from other sites so will give it a 5 star.

Great product
Great product. Have been using for years now and never had any issues and always fast delivery. Unfortunately this time they appear to have changed the courier partner to Evri, appeared to be significant delays on their side. Not a huge issue, just have to factor it in next time. Ordered 2nd of Jan and they arrived on the 12th of Jan. Which isn't bad really but it used to be much quicker.

Products great, price always competitive and offers like free trials of new products amazing. This time delivery time was long. Ordered 30th Dec arrived 8th Jan. Order took ages to reach Ireland, An Post delivered promptly, delay was UK end.

Irish Customers Beware
Irish customers beware. UK company operating as an Irish website. Quite deceiving. You wont get any return labels and they'll make you pay to ship a package to their UK warehouse, we all know how expensive that costs. Use Vision Direct instead as they provide free return shipping and better customer care.

I was expecting the save-face response. If you are operating to Irish customers under the Irish domain you should at the very minimum provide return labels, otherwise stay under the .co.uk domain and do not be deceitful as an Irish merchant using the .ie domain. Nobody reads your terms and policies, you know this. My review stands, go use Vision Direct as they offer the same pricing but much better shipping service.

To clarify, we do operate an Irish website with pricing shown in EUR and delivery options tailored for Ireland. However, like many retailers, our main warehouse is based in the UK. We aim to make this as clear as possible during checkout.
Regarding returns, we fully understand your frustration. At the moment, we don’t offer prepaid return labels for Ireland. This information is included in our returns policy, but we appreciate that it can still be inconvenient.
That said, we always try to help wherever possible — if you have any concern with the order, we will arrange a solution for you.

False advertising
I ordered my contact lens because the website promised delivery by the next day if ordered by 10:30 pm (I ordered around 4 pm I think). Anyway, it’s six days later and no sign of them.
It turns out the company is actually based in the UK and just has a .ie website. I wouldn’t have bothered if I knew this.
TL:DR: advertising delivery timelines you don’t have the supply chain to achieve is scammy behaviour.

Super fast postage and really cheap prices! The contact lenses are amazing quality and very comfortable to wear all day. Ordering is always quick and easy, and my lenses always arrive sooner than expected. I’ll definitely be ordering loads more in 2026 and would highly recommend you give them a try

Feelgood contacts used to have a great delivery service, it would only take 2-3 days if you ordered early in the morning. Though recently it appears they've switched couriers and the new standard appears to be 7-9 days, while their website still states it should be with you in 3 days. I'm currently on day 8 of waiting for my delivery, and it seems as though I'll have to wait till Monday making it 11 days. Not good enough
