Great product support
Unfortunately I received a defective doppel and never could get it to work properly. Part of the problem was my Samsung phone. I was extremely impressed with the efforts made to help me--Georgina couldn't have been more responsive. In the end I returned the doppel. There are often unforeseen problems with new technology, and do not think the fact that the doppel I received was defective is a reflection of the overall quality of the product. I was impressed when the doppel was working but simply did not have the patience to continue trying to make it work--and wasn't willing to get a new phone. I may well purchase another doppel when I have a new phone and the bugs are worked out.
