Feather & Grey Interiors Bewertungen

More than 6 months after placing order, we still do not have our bedroom curtains. Repeated excuses and now will not respond.
We also had to stop videos being taken in our house.
Not recommended. Totally unreliable.

I am in love with my new shutters! I had shutters put in all of the windows at the front of my house including a large square bay window and they look amazing both inside and outside!

When initially looking at companies Mark was great at advising me of my options (who knew there were so many) and he helped me pick the perfect shutters for my new house. The communication was great giving me updates on once the shutters had been manufactured and when they would be ready to install. On installation Mark was personable and professional and he left my house spotless.

I would recommend Feather and Grey to anyone!

Very happy with our new shutters.
Thank you to Mark and the team for the first class product and service

After considering various options for wooden shutters and receiving multiple quotes from different companies, meeting Mark from Feather and Grey was the turning point for us. Their service stood out, and the shutters they provided have truly revitalized our home—they're not just stunning but also boast exceptional quality. The difference they've made in brightening and warming up our rooms is remarkable. Mark's meticulous attention to detail during the fitting process was impressive, and his polite demeanor added to the overall excellent experience. We extend our sincere gratitude and wholeheartedly recommend Feather and Grey. Thanks again Anna & Kyri.

We love our new shutters! We had a few quotes from different companies but decided on Feather & Grey and so happy we did. Customer service from start to finish was amazing, and the installation was seamless. Will definitely recommend to others. Lovely family business and we wish them continued success.

We are very pleased with the shutters installed by Feathers and Grey. We received a very good quality service.
Mark and Craig were very professional and courteous throughout the installation.
We would recommend this company.

From start to finish Mark was professional, polite and friendly in offering advice as to what would work well in each space throughout my home. The ordering process was easy to understand, booking of installation simple and installation itself was smooth with minimal disruption. Could not be happier with the product or service. I would not hesitate in recommending Feather & Grey for quality shutters and blinds.

We're really pleased with our new tier on tier shutters! Mark came up with a tri-fold design that was perfect for our large windows and wasn't offered by the other 3 companies who quoted. They were also perfectly fitted and we're very happy with the quality, including the hidden hinges and hidden mechanism we wanted. All for a competitive price.

We also got Mark to fit new drop curtains, which we're equally happy with. Thanks!

Kirstie and Mark were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end and we love our new shutters (so much so, my husband is now considering more shutters in other rooms!!)

The finish is amazing and we have had many compliments on how much they have transformed the space.

Great customer service, brilliant product, competitive pricing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Fantastic new shutters, they finish off my lounge perfectly! I had 3 people come and quote and went with Mark because of the time he spent explaining everything and showing me all of the different options I could have and he was the cheapest by a long way! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Mark :)

Really pleased with the efficient and friendly service. Excellently installed. We had opening shutters fitted and look great. Good value.

Mark and team made the end to end process seamless. From
Coming out on initial survey and then giving ideas to then a quick turnaround to get shutters and blackout blinds installed.

In fact, was such a good job at my inlaws place that got our house fully fitted with shutters as well.

Can’t recommend highly enough for any shutter or blind requirements.

The whole process has been a breeze from start to end.
We had our shutters fitted today and cannot express how pleased we are with both the finished product and service.
From the initial meeting to completion Mark and the team have been a pleasure to deal with - we would have no concerns recommending to friends and family.

no nonsense service - professional, reliable and responsive - and the shutters are excellent - we have quite a few and have used different firms / people and there are up there with the very best

Just had my shutters fitted and they are superb! They were fitted with no mess whatsoever! Definitely 5 stars I would give 10 if I could !

We are absolutely made-up with our new living room shutters...! Mark & the team were friendly, professional & bang on in terms of when they would be fitted. Plus, they delivered a better product for £708 cheaper than some of their competitors...

Great service, really friendly manner and the product and finish of our shutters are excellent.

Love my shutters. Improved the look of my flat 1000 fold!

They were fitted within the time promised. Lee, the workman worked really efficiently on the day. Thanks!!

I've used Feather and Grey Interiors to dress all the windows and doors within my newly renovated house and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Stunning quality material, expertly fitted and brilliant service and advice given throughout. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

We are very happy with the personalised service we have received. We felt we were given an honest advice, Mark spent a considerable amount of time with us, patiently answering all questions we had. The pricing was incredibly fair, unlike other quotes we have received beforehand from other companies.
Our shutters were installed when expected, the whole process was smooth and quick. They are beautiful, well made and exactly what we wanted! We cannot recommend the company enough! Support family businesses!
