I wouldn’t usually write a review, but Amy Abbott needs a special mention. She is by far the best solicitor we have ever had and I’m amazed by how brilliant she has been. We part exchanged our house and had about 5 weeks to complete all of the legal documents. Amy got everything completed so quickly, sent updates to me daily, chased things immediately and replied to emails instantaneously. We have moved house a few times over the past few years and historically it’s been the communication with the solicitors that has caused us the most stress, Amy totally took this out of the equation for us and just made the entire move process seem easy. We are incredibly grateful for her and I’d recommend her 100 times over. Thank you Amy!

I wrote a review to be advised through the reply to contact the client care team. We raised many issues with the Line Manager of the solicitor but to no avail. A member of the family called in to speak to the solicitor only to be told by the Admin Assistant that the solicitor was too busy to see her, they were the exact words, I do not believe that to be good customer service. All of the documentation, timelines and the invoice that you overcharged by £5,000 you have.
