Disappointing Review Quality and Lower Ratings Than Expected
I’m not satisfied with the quality of the reviews. On average, the ratings I received were significantly worse than my organic customer reviews.
What I find particularly disappointing is that some reviewers clearly did not seem genuinely interested in the product in the first place. Of course, not every product will appeal equally to everyone, but I would expect products to be matched with people who are actually interested in trying them.
In my case, the reviews resulted in an average rating of around 3.5 stars, while my regular customer rating is around 4.5 stars.
If your main goal is to improve or strengthen your product rating, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I paid for reviews from 5 testers, as well as the full cost of purchasing the 5 products. The project was given a one-month timeframe for completion.
After one month, not a single product has even been purchased, let alone any reviews being completed.
They refused to issue a refund, referring to their so-called “Terms.” These terms should not apply in this case because the project was never actually started or any of the agreed services provided.
I will be filing a complaint with their website’s hosting provider regarding what appears to be fraudulent activity.

They are scammers. They charge you for product and test, but they don’t leave you review. Some of the testers return the product for replacement after using it completely (to get another free product). Scammers. Stay away from this company.

Would not recommend
Their reviewers take no time to read instructions You get people who probably wouldn’t buy your product in the first place and then don’t understand how it works. All they have to do is read the instructions but can’t take the time to do that and then leave a poor review. When you contact support, they are also useless. Would not use this service.

after paying 30$ on the top of your free product + 15% extra fee as a Tax!!! I received lots of poor reviews!

Wanted to try this out to compare to a service we’re already using. Since fbareviews charge more, we expected more effort and better reviews. So far not worth it. The reviews are low quality and lack effort, poorly written and offer very little value. Not always full stars either. Other services provide better reviews and have much better rates.

You're better off using Amazon Vine
The initial deadline to send 30 units out to be reviewed was 30 days. We are about a month late, and not even half of the units have been sent out. The rate at which the reviews come in is insanely slow. You might as well just wait for organic reviews or use Amazon Vine. This service is a waste of money.

Way more dynamic than I expected
I stumbled across this company but almost wrote them off because of their name (FBA). But I reached out anyways and to my delight they are able to help us market to customers on any platform. We have a digital product and were able to user test it quickly, and get back to our dev team with any feedback from their network on improvements. On top of all of that we were able to get some great social proof on how our product works and these reviews have been tremendously beneficial. FBA Reviews has a great team and customer support and they were able to cater to our needs even though we were not a physical product. Would highly recommend this team to get accurate user testing and sales momentum on your product, digital or physical. Will continue using them on a month to month basis.

Low-quality review and bad service
Read other bad reviews before you work with them, because everything they said about this company is true: their reviewers are not authentic product testers, they just leave a review based on package and first look without actually commenting on their experience using the product. Clearly they are just people looking for free products. The company also hides when you try to contact them.
