Faxaroo did exactly what I needed it to do. I uploaded three files, entered the fax number, paid five bucks, got confirmation, and it was done. No subscription, no wasted time, no headache.
A lot of the negative reviews seem to ignore the reality that fax delivery can depend on the file itself, the receiving fax machine, line issues, formatting, and the destination on the other end. That is not always the app’s fault.
For a simple one-time fax, this was fast, cheap, and painless. I spent more time reading complaints than it actually took to send my fax. For me, it worked exactly as advertised.

Received a confirmation for both. Retirement provider has not received either one.... Big waste of money and time.

You’re able to upload multiple files at once; just make sure the coversheet is uploaded first, as it will appear as the first page on the receiver’s end.

HOWEVER, I was over-charged: For 4 faxes I was charged 6 times. For failed faxes, I am yet to receive refund. If not for this I would have given 5 stars. Engr.Meer Sahib.

Terms are explicit about pay-as-you-go and no ongoing fees, which I appreciated. Did exactly what they said on the tin.

Hi Vwomack, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Step 1 of sending a fax is where you can upload your own coversheet, plus any other files that are part of the fax. You can upload multiple files in one go, just upload the coversheet first and it will appear as the first page on the receivers end.
If you got the email saying your fax was successfully delivered, that means your fax made it through to the fax number you entered. You can give the recipient a quick heads up that it’s landed on their end.
If anything still doesn’t look quite right or you’d like us to double check the fax on our side, flick us a message at support@faxaroo.com and we’ll be happy to take a look.

Fixed Price For One FAX
One of the few fax services that was willing to give me a reasonable, fixed price for a one-time fax. All of the other companies wanted me to sign up for a subscription. I had a need for just one time use and Faxaroo delivered!! My fax was 20 pages and took a long time to transmit (understandable) and I did receive an email from Faxaroo about 15 minutes later confirming that it was sent. Perfect Transaction.

Amazing!! Saved my day, precious time.
Truly a life saver. I was going to print out 29 pages and either send by post, no option to email. I searched google for faxing services officeworks didn't do it. Ask co pilot and I found faxaroo Yay!!!. Such as essential service when you have minimal time, so easy and fast to upload documents, and $30 to send 29pgs more than happy. Great service. Took 10minutes and received an email that the fax had been sent. Once again amazing

So far so good. Have not yet followed up to see if the person actually received it, but Faxaroo have confirmed a successful send. The process was very simple and smooth and if the person has actually received it, I would totally recommend. It was good value and glad I did not have to establish a monthly account as I send very few faxes. Thank you!

First time using Faxaroo. For some reason the fax was not received by intended recipient although Faxaroo system indicated the fax did go through. Requested a refund through my credit card and refund issued.
