Quick friendly service
Quick friendly service. The Wimborne shop is a friendly local shop where the staff are always happy to help. It’s a pity it isn’t a big bigger, so they can carry more stock.

Parcel arrived very quickly
Parcel arrived very quickly, everything in stock and staff at my local store processed the return and refund quickly too.
Unfortunately everything i ordered was too big, I'm an 8/10, ordered everything in both 8s and 10s. The 8s were all too big.

Very good customer service
I had a very good shopping experience at Fatface Wimborne. I went to pick up Chinos bought online using click and collect. Staff very helpful and courteous and quickly found the goods for me. I tried them on, but fit was unsuitable, so I obtained refund via the store easily. I then tried on a different style from the stock in store, which suited much better. I bought these and left the store having had a good all-round experience.
