I ordered a pack of three tee shirts…
I ordered a pack of three tee shirts for my grandson on line. Due to a computer glitch I was sent the wrong ones. As I was in town anyway I returned the item to the local branch and a member of staff reimbursed, reordered and sent the correct tee shirts direct to his home two days later.
Anyone can make mistakes. It’s how they are rectified that matters.

I wish I had discovered fatface years ago. I've loved everything I've ordered. quality and style are amazing. as a plus size I've always found it hard to find decent clothes. I want to share this with every plus size person everywhere

Normally great service and nice clothes. Slight blip before Christmas when I ordered in store but did not receive my item and had to chase it only to be told it had been cancelled.

I can never get enough of fatface clothing, I just love it and what helps the most is the amazing staff. I was in Tuesday looking for a jump for my husband, Fiona E was so helpful as I never normally buy for my husband just myself. Good thing helped when she did or else I would of lost focus. She helped me pick out a lovely blue jumper perfect for my other half. Thank you again.
