Ordered online from the sale , but couldn’t track down my exact size , when I collected at store and tried it on it was a little too big , as anticipated but the store was super helpful , and found my size , so all good . A real bargain at £40 in the sale for leather Chelsea boots . Excellent !

The staff in the Taunton branch are lovely. They are always friendly, polite, respectful and always really helpful.

Lovely little store with really helpful staff so problem there at all. Sadly the pair of jeans I bought were such a poor fit and gaped really badly at the back when I sat down they were too uncomfortable. A belt didnt help that problem so they had to go back. Unusual because a size 12 in their other heans has always been a near perfect fit

Beautiful well made clothes, helpful, friendly staff who know their merchandise. I ordered a jacket on line, but it was a por fit. I went in to the store, hoping to find it in stock to try other sizes. Unfortunately they weren't carrying that jacket but advised on correct size, reordered for me and it was delivered in a couple of days. Then when I collected it, it was a perfect fit. I saw a bag I loved (Snoopy) and they pointed me to other items which I bought as Christmas presents - I know it's a bit early!

Love FatFace clothes, can be a bit pricey, but good quality and love the styles. Staff always helpful and friendly

Always pop in to a shop when visiting any town in UK - never met a staff member who was unhelpful. Always try their best to assist a customer.

I went into the Taunton store and was greeted by Fiona, who after I had browsed around the store, then helped me to find a size that I was looking for that wasn’t on the shop floor.
She was jovial, but professional and made the whole experience easy and I will be back!

I did a bit of shopping in the Taunton branch of Fatface and i was really happy with the warm friendly welcome and top notch customer service that i received.
I was served by the lovely Grace and the smiley Lexi and my little Winston was even given a treat!
I had no idea i could take my dog inside until one of the girls told me.

I was in the store in Taunton today and I have to say, the service was exemplary. The lovely young, Lexi I believe, helped me find the exact shorts I was looking for. She made what would have been just a simple transaction a wonderful and fun experience. She left me with a smile and a warm heart. Popped into the Taunton store yesterday and I have to say, what outstanding customer service your company has. I had a couple of questions about different items and the lady who served me (Fiona), knew all the answers and more!
