Sales item!
I bought a cross body bag in the FatFace sale for almost half price. This was an excellent saving on a pretty, canvas summer bag which can hold basic essentials.
I had it delivered to store which saved p&p and it arrived for collection in a few days.
I am very happy with my purchase and the sale price.

Their best sale ever
I wanted a casual shirt for a holiday.
Great choice and I settled on a blue one. Just the shade I needed at the right price.
There was plenty to choose from and a reasonable selection of sizes.

Love FatFace
Love FatFace. Gorgeous clothes, boots, bags and accessories. Staff always friendly, stores are clean and nicely laid out.
Why only 4 stars? Simply the prices. Always been a little bit pricey but above plus points made that worth it. But recently I’ve been mortified by the prices. One dress I loved, long, summer, brown print dress, £90. I understand it’s eco and using green eco methods etc but sometimes the prices are just too much. The sales are good and make it more palatable but that’s only issue. Otherwise I love FatFace.

Great shop
Great shop. Always looks clean and tidy. Great displays and well set out so you can see everything properly
Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful it’s always a pleasure to shop here , knowing you’ve got lovely well made clothes and fab customer service
Sale items are easy to browse and are timely. Other clothes shops in this location have ‘sales’ pretty much every week. It makes you think they just sell old stock all the time

Fab summer dress
Good website to navigate. Clothes are excellent quality and made from sourced fabrics. Great choice and best thing for me at 5ft tall, dresses come in shorter lengths. Fab!!! Delivery and packaging very good. Can’t fault.

Amazing customer service
The ethos of Fatface is one of extreme professionalism and people are experts at bring able to guide customers. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Clothes fit really well. The manager at the sutton Coldfield store, is one of the nicest people, friendly, kind and compassionate. Able to connect with people really well, and always offers good ideas.
