Quick collection, lovely friendly staff.

I needed to purchase a jumper as a Christmas present the day before Christmas Eve. I called the Sutton Coldfield branch, my call was answered immediately and the lady who answered located the jumper and helped me decide which size would be suitable. She kindly put it to one side for me to collect next day. When I arrived in store I was greeted by three friendly and polite assistants, my payment was taken and they all wished me a merry Christmas! How refreshing to be treated as though my custom was important to them. They were a credit to your company and I left a very satisfied customer.I will definately shop there again.

Really liked this year’s winter collection, in terms of colours and the pj’s are particularly nice. However, I really want to single out the service of Amy in the Sutton Coldfield branch of Fatface. My visit today was my first time leaving the house since a hip replacement a week ago. Amy couldn’t do enough to ensure that the store was accessible, offering to move anything out of the way if needed and safely ensconcing me in the accessible changing room. She was also really friendly and supportive whilst I was paying for my nice Christmassy top. What could have felt like a daunting first outing was made pleasurable and safe by Amy’s kind and supportive service. Thank you!

First of all, I love the designs and the quality, then the convenience of being able to choose online or instore, and to get delivered home or pick up instore. I have always been welcomed when visiting a store. The only thing I regret is the Corby Cargo trousers that I loved and can't find anymore :). Please, please consider renewing that model!

Very fast delivery to my local store and great service

I received a text saying order ready for collection from store. When I arrived at store the assistant was expecting a bar code on an email. She diligently checked for my order but it had not arrived. She said others had also received texts and their orders were not at store. I was advised to wait until next delivery to store that Thursday and if not received, would be refunded. I received an email on the Thursday, with barcode and my order was in store. The assistant spent a great deal of time trying to find out what happened and was extremely helpful even though baffled as to why I received a text. She contacted customer services on my behalf. This was not her fault and Sophie is a credit to your organisation.
