Great quality clothes
Great clothes, with emphasis on quality. Most of my wardrobe is FatFace. In recent years the sizing can be a little frustrating however a fantastic order and return process (I have a branch 15 minutes walk from home) make multiple size purchases more straightforward.

Macclesfield Store
The staff at the Macclesfield store were really friendly and asked if I would like to try on my item in the changing room in store. Never been asked this before. I did have to return my item and again the staff very friendly and explained the refund process to me.

Excellent staff assistance when I initially received my cardigan and it was the wrong size . They reordered and replacement arrived within 3 days.
