Bought a lovely green floral tee shirt, my sister bought me a dress for Christmas and we were served by David who was a really good assistant!🤗 He was so friendly without being intrusive, helped get different sizes and gave useful advice. Great, friendly service
I rang up FatFace in Lytham to see if they had a particular dress in my size as they’d sold out online. The lovely lady on the phone (I later found out her name is Jean) said she’d put one away for me for the following day. When I went into the shop, Jean immediately remembered the call and my name. She was so friendly and she plus the purchase made my day.
