i dealt with Gemma on 19th March in London Bridge Store and felt I needed to write a review as she took time and patience to ring Waterloo store to ask for a sale jacket to be kept safely for us to visit the store, as it was the last one!! She made my shopping experience fun with a smile as well.

Brilliant coat
Well made, good sizing, love the colour, very good rain hood with extra height around the collar so the hood doesn't blow off in the wind, also keeps you warmer. Really pleased with this waterproof.
Friendly assistance too at this branch.

Good quality clothing but the customer service in your London Bridge store was not the best. I returned a few children's clothing yesterday and was told in future to use other stores because they didn't have a stock room and is put in a box. That's not something to tell customers and should be made clear on your website!

Goods always arrive on time
Goods always arrive on time. Had to change a dress I'd ordered as I already had an identical one in my wardrobe upstairs (seriously!). So I took it back to the London Bridge Station shop (easiest Fatface for me to get to). On discovering I'd left the receipt at home I was told I could phone my husband to get him to send me a copy of the receipt to my phone, which we did. Next problem...I'd paid by PayPal and they couldn't do an exchange...I didn't want my money back, just an exchange. I moaned a bit saying I'd come from South Croydon to London Bridge especially, and had had a long wait for the train...journey for nothing etc....the manager (I think) then telephoned the head office to ask if she could do the exchange for me, which they agreed to. Result....went away happy, not having a wasted journey after all.. I did have another 45 minute wait to go home, but hey ho. Thank you so much for your help. One happy customer!

Just want to feed back on two of your lovely staff at Fat Face London Bridge - Natalia and Evelina/ Evangeline (sorry if I misheard your name!) who over the past week or so have been helping me try to get the right sized bikini top and bottoms for my teenager at the branch and Waterloo/ Paddington. This top is so flattering in shape and design. I am a size 14 but decided to go up a size because of the shirring on the bodice which is so pretty. ...I did the right thing as it is a perfect fit. The colour and pattern are perfect and the quality seems as you would expect from FatFace. The shirring on the sleeves is utterly feminine . I am delighted
