Always an excellent experience, staff friendly and helpful, store laid out well, my favourite place to visit whenever I need anything, or a gift idea for anyone.

I'd like to say that the staff at the Keswick branch were especially helpful, shout out to Elizabeth who persevered with my lack of colour matching skills and put me right! A lovely store, great display and felt very relaxed whilst making some Christmas present choices. Thank you to all that helped me!

A great shopping experience in a well equipped shop with great displays of clothes and accessories. The Keswick shop is very central and the staff are friendly and helpful. Bought a lovely rucksack/bag and another Breton top.

My wife and I were in the Keswick shop and the staff could not have been more helpful, they checked to see if what we were after was available in any of your other branches. If this is a sample of all your shops then I have to say it is a pleasure to shop at Fat Face.

Fat face make the best pyjamas and slippers in town. They outdo the others with their important attention to little details. For instance their buttons do up easily because they are not made of thick cheap plastic so if they are going through a loop they just slip through with no frustration and tugging. (When on the nape of the neck it avoids a one handed wrestling match.)

Easy to order on line and pick up at local store was a breeze. Lovely staff too boot!

Went into Fat Face, Keswick today for a nosy around and found some trousers I fell in love with, but unfortunately the largest size they had on the floor was a bit too small for me. I went and asked at the counter if they had a larger and was served by a young girl (I think her name is Fiona) who set up to have the correct size delivered to my address. She reassured me that this is common request because they only display middle range sizes on the floor. This was comforting as, although I don't experience many insecurities with my size, I appreciate others may feel embarrassed or ashamed about asking. Fiona was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure she had all the details correct for my home delivery and showing interest in my personal life. A lovely person and she made our visit 100% worth it. Thank you :)

Visited your shop in Keswick. Liked leather ankle boots. Assistant very helpful but my size not available. She suggested ordering on-line which I did.Also got 15% off as new customer. Collected in Glasgow store. Really pleased with product - good quality, value for money and efficient service. Will certainly look at Fatface for future clothing/footwear.

Lovely lady who served me - she was new and just in training but handled it all very well and speedily, despite the man being a bit snappy with her!

Website easy to use. Kept informed as to arrival timetable as to when you order would arrive. Product quality very good and in time for my holiday. Definitely order on line again to be picked up at a store. Friendly staff.

Having searched online (as no Fatface near me) for a pair of Boris the Badger slippers, but they only had S & M. While down the lakes for a hike, I went into the shop to enquire. Although there were none on display, both assistants first checked the e-stock and although it didn't show any, they went for a search in the store room ......and came back with M & L sizes!!
I purchased the L and had a bit of banter & laugh with the staff. You cannot get this experience on line. Thank you ♡
