Fantastic store and great customer service. Thank you Alex T for being my personal shopper. I have bought so many things based on your recommendation and have received so many compliments. I love the Fat Face colours and designs and the quality is always excellent

I recently visited the East Grinstead store and had such a brilliant experience thanks to Vicky and Sophie. I was shopping for jeans and, being on my own, really appreciated their honest advice and help choosing the right pair. They helped me figure out which colour would work best for my upcoming holiday, gave great feedback on what suited me, and we even turned it into a little fashion show! Both ladies were super helpful, super friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. They kindly put a few pairs aside for me while I had a think, and I ended up going back later that day to buy the perfect ones. Big thanks to them for the fantastic customer service… I left as a very happy shopper!

Fantastic help from Vicky B in the East Grinstead store. Friendly & helpful without being pushy. Came away with more than I went in for - it’s a real asset to our town where the High Streets is struggling. Thanks.

Took my daughter in laws mother to today’s glass fusion class run by Jayne.
We had an amazing time making three unique glass pieces each.
Jayne’s resources are plentiful ( sometimes it’s hard to make a selection as there is so much to choose from!) her teaching excellent and her encouragement to let our own creativity flourish - priceless.
I also collected three pieces from a previous class with Jayne ( yes, glass fusion IS addictive!) and over the moon with them.
Thank you Jayne for a splendid morning of creativity!

Got stitched up good and proper, ordered some jeans on line, tried them on, shop worker said they look good this colour jumper would look good with those, so tired it on “that colour really suit you” and it did.
Then the wife says this shirt would also go well.
Any way £150 later I walked out with a full bag.

Had such a lovely experience today in store with Alex! I had an issue with my e-voucher, and she stayed with me for ages, calling all manner of people, to make sure I got my items :) Thank you so much for taking such care of me, you were lovely :)

Several online orders recently, one of which was delayed but emails kept me posted so not a problem. Staff at the East Grinstead branch are always very cheerful and helpful.

Went to Fatface in East Grinstead today, as always a lovely, chilled out experience. Special shout out to Alex and Sharon, they both helped me in my hour of need, and were patient, kind, fun, and lovely.

Having been unable to order an item online ( size not available)I phoned my local store EAST GRINSTEAD to see if they had stock available.No they didn't, but lovely Lauren ( my very own SANTA ,this is for a Christmas present) told me she could Order the item online for me to collect on Wednesday. I have now been to the store, ordered and paid. I am a VERY happy customer. All the staff were very friendly. This was late on Sunday afternoon. All credit to the staff at Fatface EG

I popped in to my local FatFace store as I’d seen a top online that I wanted to try on for size. Unfortunately the top I thought I wanted wasn’t available but I tried on one that was similar but I wasn’t sure about the colours. This is when Alex introduced herself to me. She couldn’t have been more helpful. As a busy 50 year old I’ve lost a bit of confidence in what suits me but she was so knowledgeable about the clothes that I came away with a top that initially was quite out of my comfort zone. Once home I tried it on to show my teenage daughters who I knew would be brutally honest and they loved it. I can honestly say it’s become one of my favourite items to wear. I can’t thank Alex enough, it was such a wonderful shopping experience and I’m looking forward to going back so she can push me out of my comfort zone even further!

Just popped into the east grinstead store. Was served by Alex who gave great advice on styles and sizes. Came away very happy with all purchases. Really nice to have staff that are so helpful and friendly...Will be back !

A great place to shop. You’re always met with a smile & the shop rings with chat & laughter. The displays are fresh & well laid out with room to move freely around the shop. Alexandra & her colleagues are happy to offer advice about ‘styling’ your buys.

Click and collect order to local store very quick in arriving. Staff in shop very helpful , tried on in store and returned one out of the four ordered . This was immediately refunded in store.

The staff at the East Grinstead store are always very friendly and know the products so well. Although I only made a relatively small purchase in the shop today I received a great deal of help and was made to feel really valued. Huge thanks to Helen and Victoria. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in town.
