Everything went according to plan but rather disappointed that after ordering online & then going to the store to collect, the item was considerably cheaper there. The staff however were brilliant, friendly & helpful.

Easy to return dress, that didn't suit. Aidan was a very nice sales person, friendly and smiley. You can't keep me out of FF.

An order was on the 4th September to be…
An order UKF1012695823 was placed on the 4th September to be delivered to the Fatface store in Dalton Park, delivery should have taken 5 days. However I am still waiting for an email to confirm my order is ready to collect.
I called into the store and spoke to the Manager, but she could not help.
This is totally unacceptable Fatface, where is my order?

Lovely happy staff
Visited the Dalton Park store yesterday Sunday 23rd and what a pleasant experience. After visiting a good few other stores where the staff seemed as miserable as the weather and then walking into Fatface where the staff were happy and laughing was like a breath of fresh air. I was served by a lovely young man who was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the Fatface staff who made my day yesterday, keep on smiling

Lovely young women who work on the…
Lovely young women who work on the tills and shop floor. Think I caught one of their names to be Rebecca. Very polite and helpful. Have shopped here a couple of times and have no bad comments. Shame to see the young man who used to work there when I went in at Christmas time is no longer there, very polite and friendly young man.

Received an email to say parcel had been despatched and to wait for collection email. The collection email never arrived.do after waiting 10 working days I luckily I contacted customer services who advised the parcel needed to be collected the next day or it would be returned 🤦

Top arrived in shop within a couple of days, it was lovely but I had to return it as was too big as I'd had to order a size up as my normal wasn't available. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I have used Fat face many times!
