Great clothes poor customer service
Ordered two items, got an email that night saying they were out of stock and I would get a refund. Ordered two more only to find one of the original items was delivered. Waited 10 days for the refund never showed. Phoned them, to be fare they dealt with it quickly but to summarise they have an issue that tells you it’s all out of stock even if it’s just one item and for some reason they had not dealt with the refund. Good way to keep cash flow for them, frustrating for me. Still I think generally they are a good company just not this time

Great wardrobe addition
This cardigan is a welcome addition to my wardrobe as it can be worn over a dress or any other outfit. It is a great fit and good quality, so would recommend it.
