Lovely Clothes …
I shop with FatFace in store and online. I love the range, quality and variety of style. I have bought tops, jeans, dungarees, trousers and dresses. All lovely, all gorgeous designs and great fit. I get so many compliments. Ordering online is easy, and I choose to get my order delivered to a nearby FatFace store (Cowbridge) so I can try them on in store. Sometimes I order in two sizes, so I can select the best fit for me, and I can then return the one I don't need there and then at the store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, they make everything easy. While the store holds a wide range in stock, it's always worth looking at the website too, not forgetting a quick look at the 'outlet' pages for some fabulous bargains.

The white top was a short length on the body so wasn’t suitable for what I wanted plus the white shade was not as bright as I liked so reluctantly returned. Lovely cotton material and if had been a bit longer I may have kept it!

Delivery was awful
Delivery was awful. Said the order would be delivered on Saturday11 January, received a message to say order in shop went to collect , no order spoke to the office who gave contradicting information. Order finally delivered on Wednesday 14 January,
Not the shop where I was collecting from fault.
