Easy ordering online and my order was delivered to my local Fat Face shop . Excellent communication as to when my order was ready for collection.
Jumper was as expected . Lovely colour and good quality .

Even though i love shopping at Fatface…
Even though i love shopping at Fatface i am left very disappointed by the customer service.
I was promised an email to rectify an old voucher i have that would be repleced and 2 weeks later still waiting for my communication from customer services.......I will not call help line again as was waiting for over an hour with no joy..!!!!
Come on Fatface get your Customer Service up to scratch with your stores!!!

Love the jumper
Love the jumper, great design and quality. Unfortunately the order was due in the store on Tuesday and was 2 days late, which was inconvenient. However, it was not the fault of the staff in store who were helpful and apologetic.
