Excellent on line service and to be able to collect from my local store is good.
I love browsing in the store and can usually get my size but if not they are extremely helpful.

Returning goods
Love fat face clothing but needed to return some items I had purchased online , luckily we have a local fat face in our town so had no issues returning them .
We have lovely staff in our local store but do find the staff are lovely wherever I’ve been and visited fat face .

Your website is very straight forward and responsive. It is easy to drill down to the specific product the customer is interested in. Delivery of the item to my local FatFace store was really quick and, once I arrived at the store, my item was found within minutes. The sales person was friendly and responded warmly to my purchase.

Customer satisfaction
Ordering was easy online for someone who hates using technology. Kept updated on delivery at my local store for collection which was more convinient for me. My husband was able to try his trousers on in store which if they had not fit would have saved us going through either posting them back or another return journey to store. Overall we were very pleased with the service & quality & fit of the trousers.
