Needed to swap the top I had ordered with a larger one in store. All very straightforward. Being able to order, get delivered in store, then swap / return with no fuss or bother. That's refreshingly how it should be, but but rarely is.

My Returns Experience
I ordered items online and paid using my AMEX card. The items I did not want I returned (4JULY) to the Bracknell store, I was informed at the checkout I could not return items bought using AMEX card instore, they had to be returned by post for the refund. I did contact FatFace customer services, they informed me this was incorrect and would investigate. Nevertheless, please train staff to latest and up-to-date returns policy for all purchase methods.

FatFace Bracknell
Popped into FatFace Bracknell for a quick browse whilst visiting the shopping centre. Found a brilliant padded coat in the sale, just what I’d been looking for. The shop was well laid out and the sales assistant was friendly and helpful, making my visit very pleasant. As always, my new garment was well made and I even discovered two extra pockets after I’d got home. A bonus buy for me in the sale, and another FatFace branch to add to my repertoire!

FatFace - a great company with amazing clothing
Every time I go into a FatFace shop I always see something I like. It might seem normal to some, but it is a unique experience for me. The designs, colours and styles of the clothing are excellent. This matched with the quality of the materials which are sustainably sourced in many cases makes for a perfect combination.
Being 6’4, adding the ‘tall’ option to the clothing has been brilliant and just re-enforced my love for the company.
The Bracknell store is a delight, well set out, a good range and wonderful staff. The online store is also amazing with good offers and amazingly quick delivery.
My wardrobes are slowly being replaced with FatFace clothing and I am delighted. Some pieces I have had for many years and they still feel great to wear.
Thanks again FatFace, looking forward to the next experience.
