Helpful and efficient staff, very easy to make a return and repurchase

Lovely helpful assistants but shame the shop is not wheelchair friendly. Changing rooms up some steps and the cash desk is up steps. This means I had to try the jumper on in the shop. That was fine but wouldn't have been if I'd wanted to try on trousers or a swim suit. Makes paying difficult too.

Ordered online without any issues. Free delivery to store. Collected item within minutes or arriving. No issues with anything. Items purchased where just as expected, both fitted great. And they were in the sale, which was even better!

Lovely shop, lovely service in the beccles branch this week. Didnt come in for anything in paticular other than to browse. The ladies were so helpful and friendly i made a purchase. I will be in again soon

Staff were very helpful with sizes that were not in stock and advised me that I could order from the store and explained that items can be delivered to the store free of charge, as opposed to being charged if delivered to my home if under a certain amount.

My last purchase was by delivery, timely, and the jeans are great. But I have to say my local store is a great place to shop and I did recently. Staff helpful and friendly, even remember my dogs!

Returned a bikini to Fat face and told because I had paid with Paypal I would have to take to post office. When I informed the sales assistant that I had returned an item before if they called head office it could be done. The member of staff was immediately rude and confrontational and said it was 'Customer Service' they needed to call. Then made a fuss about calling, when the shop was empty no other customers to serve and 2 members of staff on, said she was 'Going above and beyond for me' was red in the face and unpleasant staring at me. Then held up the bikini bottoms and said 'don't fit' in a manner that I felt clearly trying to humiliate me that I couldn't fit in to them. Then made a point of finding the small print on the returns policy, that said paypal purchases could not be returned to shop. Then returned my receipt to me in a manner that I did not feel was courteous or pleasant. The sales assistant clearly demonstrated that they felt that I was being unreasonable asking her to telephone customer services, that took less than 2 minutes to confirm I had payed in full. The shop was empty, yet they wanted me to parcel the bikini up and go to a post office and use a postal service. Really, very unpleasant experience and unnecessary attitude for them to have. Something had clearly upset the sales assistant today, but prefer not to have them vent their frustration on me, the bottom of my receipt says 'we hope you had an enjoyable shopping experience today' we'd love to hear your feedback, well I hope you did. :(.

So lucky to have a lovely Fatface shop in my local town. I was looking for a Sussex Jacket in the Sale buy they didn’t have my size. The assistant was very kind and she spent several minutes searching the internet to locate a jacket for me. Unfortunately one wasn’t available but I was very impressed with the caring attitude of the assistant…

Although two of the items ordered were unsuitable a refund was very easily done

I visited beccles fatface on tuesday and the service was terrible, I picked up the wrong size clothing and the lady behind the counter with a scottish accent offered no assistance, just put the top down and left it, was such a shame as usually such amazing staff

Having ordered a number of jumpers, I only kept one. While I ordered online, I returned them to the shop in Beccles. They were helpful and there was no problem.

Great service from the lovely ladies in Fat Face, Beccles today. Really helpful and so polite. Would definitely shop there again. Got some gorgeous autumn jumpers with 20% off too.

We visited Fat Face in Beccles and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly especially the manager Tony. We will definitely visit again.
