The store was very tidy and well organised, and when I asked Drew for help he was incredibly enthusiastic and more than happy to assist me, helping me look for and choose the items I needed. When I couldn’t find a product he offered to order it for me, which he did efficiently. Great place to shop.
Assistants in Fat Face Bath are very helpful. Recently I have ordered on line and the parcel arrived promptly within 3-5 days and very well packed. Always a lovely selection of goodies online and in the Shop.

I was extremely impressed by Drew who works at the Fat Face store in Bath. I had already asked one of the sales assistants about some combat trousers and she said she didn’t know and didn’t seem to fussed. However, I then asked Drew who was instantly “on it” she asked for a colour, description and went off to find them. She went to the stock room and within minutes was back with trousers. She was so very helpful, courteous and friendly. An absolute star and asset to the company. Customer service at its best. Thank you Drew, amazing.

The shop was tidy and an airy space to browse. Leo, the assistant was very helpful and searched for products that were not available on display.

good overall experience
Staff were nice in the shop. Clothes seem good quality (if quite expensive, esp the children's). A couple of returns (one in the shop, then one online) were dealt with quickly and easily.
