Perfect service
I was just browsing in the Barnstaple store on Tuesday just to pass a bit of time. Lisa and Dwain both very polite and helpful. I did purchase a shirt in the end. With them both knowing about the product helped with my sale. Will be back for the other shirt soon.

Good buy
The sofa hoodie which I bought was a present for my adult son, who has been wearing it most days since Christmas. It was delivered quickly to my local store, so was easy to collect and incurred no postage costs. All in all, a successful purchase.

Christmas order
My Christmas order has gone down well with the recipients. I buy every year from fatface and everyone loves the presents. Slippers, socks, pyjamas etc.

Went into the Barnstaple store today…
Went into the Barnstaple store today and was looking for a coat! What I wanted wasn’t in store, and to my sadness wasn’t available to order. Dwain showed me other options and I managed to find one that worked for me and what I needed. I horse ride so didn’t want anything to heavy. I ended up with the Sussex jacket and I am in love with it. The fact that it has a hood is an added bonus for me. Thank you Dwain and the Barnstaple store.

Was shopping in Barnstaple and Dwain had a impact on my experience was only looking to bye a casual shirt and I ended up I getting more than I went in for! The service was next to none and the detail of the product knowledge was excellent. I will definitely be back when I visit Barnstaple again.

Great clothes for everybody!
I like the style of clothing at Fatface. I like that you can buy 100% cotton clothing. I’m not so keen on some of the recycled range of clothing. I prefer natural fibres against my skin. I love that you offer a wide range of sizes and that you offer shorter alternatives in both your trousers and dresses. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
