Friendly and helpful sales team
The sales team were very friendly and helpful - they ordered the trousers for me online as they weren’t available in the store. Trousers are lovely quality and fit well. Ethical too as contain no animal derived materials.

Love fatface! Just thought I would check out their website after years of not buying anything....I used to shop there but stopped as I thought their clothes were slightly overpriced but something seems to have changed and I'm glad I went back.
I purchased quite alot of stuff, and yes, there were things not quite right but I kept the majority of stuff and I love it all! The quality, style, pricing, speed of service, website was fab. This is my "go to" shop now....thank you!

Was in your Barnard Castle store last week and Keswick this week.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and always smiling. Love these 2 shops but can only go here on holiday. My local shop is Chester and again the staff there are just as fabulous.
