WONDERFUL SERVICE
I'd bought a Fat Face bag at Gatwick in August. Early October the handle broke. Went to Fat Face Aberydyfi and the staff were very helpful. Fat Face do not carry out repairs sadly so my options were: replace bag with another or accept a refund. The paperwork was soon done and I left with my replacement bag. Excellent service by friendly, professional staff. Well pleased.

Great boots but don’t seem to last
Great boots, although not sure they are worth £99 as there my second pair and they don’t stand the test of time for someone who actually lives on the coast and wears fat face items for practically not Instagram! “Towny outdoors folk”

I loved this little shop
I loved this little shop, the staff were so cheerful and we got a lovely welcome. Called in for some swimshorts yesterday, and came out with a lovey pair, but also a timetable for the little local narrow gauge railway and lots of advice on where to walk, and what to see along its route. The ladies were so helpful and we left feeling glad we had called in. Thank you

Good buy in Salcombe
I was on holiday in Salcombe and Fatface had some reduced stuff. I bought several really nice jumpers and saved a lot of money so am well pleased.
