Great price and excellent service.. better than Amazon for sure

Really easy to use. Entered ISBNs online. printed postage label, packaged books, drop off was in a convenience store really close to where I live. Payment arrived in PayPal account. No problems.

Only wish you accepted more of my other books.

There was not notification on if its been despatched and it took a while to come. The website it horrible and needs updating ASAP!!
But the book was fine.

After sending all my items in, I received an email from FatBrain telling me that that there had been an error with their system and that they would not be able to accept one of my books at the price they originally offered.

They offered a new quote at well over half the original quoted price, or said they would send the book back to me. I decided to have the book sent back to me. They did not send it back to me until I emailed them asking why I hadn’t got it back.

Payment for other items was quick.

Received my book without any problems. I am pleased with the book that was sent. It was in good condition.

Excellent customer service. They answered the phone and handled my query. Fabulous selection of books at a fair price. Will definitely use this company again.

Great experience with FatBrain - I had a small issue with submitting my order but the staff were great and had the issue resolved in no time. For many of my books they offered a good price (more than some other sites). Would recommend.

Everything was easy to do and went smoothly with just 2 issues:
- The box size limit is really small for some large books or if you are selling a lot which makes it difficult to find strong boxes with such restrictions
- I got told some of my books were damaged but they didn't specify how and the photos supplied didn't show damage, just blank pages
However it is well worth selling on Fatbrain as you seem to get more than other competitors. Cheque takes a long time to arrive and process, but at least it arrives!

Very efficient and quick process, but there should be an easier method to contact fat brain for assistance or if you have any questions as this seemed difficult. The need to print something off was also quite annoying for me as I don't have a printer.

simple process - would use again

Absolutely disgusted with the service this company provided. I sent back my university books in excellent condition with 0 annotation only to recieve an email a week later stating my books were 'heavily annotated' and I would not receive payment. To top it off I would have to then pay to get my own books back! The company has breached its terms and conditions and it is a con. Do not send your items here.

Worst service I have ever received.
Ordered a textbook 2 weeks before I needed it. The delivery time was 2-5 days and 10 days later I emailed to say I hadn't got it. They quickly responded to say that it was the Royal Mail's fault, not theirs. I requested tracking information and they failed to give it, simply stating that they'd had a problem with the mail on the day that I ordered it but I should have it about 5 days later. Simply put, they hadn't shipped it. I called up to cancel my order, which they did with ease further supporting this. The email even said it was as the item was out of stock. I am most certainly never ordering from them again just to save a few pounds.

I got an excellent price for my books and once checked the cheque arrived in the post quite quickly. Very happy with this service
