I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. From our very first conversation through to the completion of the sale, the service was exceptional. In a challenging process with complications - Christian ensured everything ran smoothly.

Communication was outstanding – we were kept informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently. What really set them apart was their genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome while making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.

Their dedication, integrity, and proactive approach resulted in a smooth and successful transaction, exceeding our expectations. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes above and beyond for their clients, I would not hesitate to recommend them. An outstanding service from start to finish.

Christian was knowledgeable and approachable from our very first phone call and throughout every appointment. His patience and professionalism really stood out, and he always took the time to answer any questions I had.

Christian’s attention to detail was evident from the beginning, particularly in the quality and presentation of the images and videos used to market our property.

When it came to a very quick completion, Christian was there every step of the way, communicating clearly and guiding us through everything.

We would highly recommend Christian and the team at Fast Move.

From start to finish FastMove provided an excellent service.
Christian was my main point of contact and was professional, communicative , and made what can be a very stressful process much smoother. I am very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them .

I had a great experience with Fastmove I highly recommend using them. Always there to talk too and help with any question. Special thanks to Christian Armitage who guided us through the whole process.

Christian was extremely professional, always available and gave reassurance and advice. The advert and information about the house was well presented and accurate. I would highly recommend Fastmove.

The agent was really nice, helpful and efficient. Always available when needed to be and overall provided really good service.
They do not charge % of the sale price like most do, just a foxed price.

Christian is an incredibly supportive Estate Agent which is essential in today's housing market.
He is dedicated to securing a buyer and most importantly supporting his clients throughout the process.
We recommend Fastmove Estate agents to anyone considering moving home.

Excellent professional service. Christian was available at all times and extremely competitive price. Would highly recommend

First class service from Christian. Nice to deal with someone who's genuinely passionate about providing the best service possible for his clients and selling their homes. He even listened intently to my wife bang on about Manchester City womens football team 🤣

Wow what a service I got from Fast Move..in 2 weeks they had bought my house off me..including the money was in my bank account too..i hardly had to lift a finger myself..all was done for me..they kept me well informed all the way step by step..very efficient service indeed..would highly recommend to anybody..many thanks guys..all of you were fantastic..quick mention to Tee who saw me through it all..thanks mate you were awesome 👌

Absolutely amazing! Christian is so helpful and a lovely person. The approach he uses, being flexible and nearly always available makes the selling a house experience like a dream!

I would definitely recommend and will be using him again in future.

Thanks so much!

Absolutely outstanding service, support and communication. We'd had our house on the market with another company who were next to useless. Poor communication and they didn't actively try and sell our house. They literally just sat there waiting for a buyer to contact them. We terminated the contract after 3 months and went with Christian at Fastmove on recommendations. There service was just so superior than our previous agent who I have to say were four times more expensive!!!! I never do reviews but the service we (my wife and I) recieved from Fastmove was so impressive I/we felt compelled to write something because Christian and his team at Fastmove outworked our previous estate agent in every department and were available for prospective buyers to make contact outside office hours. I wouldn't use any other estate agent. 5 stars is not enough. Oh and within 1 week Fastmove sold our house at the exact same price as we'd marketed the property with the previous agent.
Thank you Fastmove.

Christian at FastMove is an outstanding Estate Agent. He supported us every step of the way, kept us informed, pushed the solicitors when things were moving too slowly and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend FastMove and would have awarded more than five stars if I could. Thank you for being so professional but always approachable. Other estate agents should take note!

Christian was friendly, open about the process, offered great value with a fixed cost, variable only by additional services.
ie: signage, professional photography.
When our conveyance ran into trouble, the collapse of the conveyancing firm, Christian alerted us early and helped with the move to a solicitor within his experience, which proved to be a 10/10 decision and outcome.
The measure, for me is, how good are you when it’s not going well?
Christian was very good.

We recently had the pleasure of working with christian at FastMove to both sell our home and purchase a new one, and the entire service was exceptional from start to finish.

From the initial valuation through to completion, Christian went above and beyond following a few set backs at the top of the chain, Christian’s knowledge, and communication were outstanding at all times.

FastMove provided clear and honest advice on pricing and marketing our property, which resulted in a quick sale at a great price. The marketing itself was high quality, with excellent photos and a well-crafted listing that really showcased our home.

On the buying side, they were equally impressive—patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us get into our new home.

What really stood out was their proactive approach, straight talking and constant communication where necessary. We were kept updated at every stage, and any questions or concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. The whole process, which can often be stressful, felt well-managed thanks to their support.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend fastmove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly reliable, professional, and friendly service. Thank you

If you’re wanting to move home with out the stress look no further than Christian and his team. An absolute consummate professional that goes above and beyond to get you moving fast and efficient.

Forget your 9-5 estate agents, this company is moving the goal posts on estate agency for the better. No hidden costs and a 10/10 service.

Moving home is a massive decision. Make sure you make the right move first time and get in touch.

⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just wanted to write a few words of heartfelt thanks to Christian Armitage and the team at Fastmove.

My chain was long (8 parties) and complex and he went above and beyond to get me through the process.

Extremely good value but zero comprise on quality of service, it was exceptional. He works all hours of the day unlike the majority of agents and his communication skills were excellent, again, far from standard in the industry.

I was very stressed but he handled my situation with care and compassion and would recommend to anyone! Thank you doesn’t seem enough.

Had a great experience using this company,Tee and Amy are really helpful and do what they say there going to do, I would definitely use them again thank you.

Christian is revolutionary. He couldn’t have served us any better. He deserves to be successful in his venture taking the established Agents to task and showing us how it should be done! We cannot recommend Christian highly enough.

Christian was excellent from start to finish. Communication was brilliant. Always available to answer any questions or queries I had. Also £2500 cheaper in selling fees compared to other local agents Definitely would recommend FastMove. 5* service
