Just visited the Kingston station with a grinding noise, came away all fixed, couldn’t fault them! Happy car 🚗

Took my Volvo here for an Mot. I used to take it to Pillings (main dealer) across the road. They bring it here,
so i cut out the middle man and saved £15.
Service and waiting facilities are good and the car passed first time. Nice one guys, see you next year.

Horrible service and rude staff.

Took my car for MOT and came back with more issues than before.

The door of the driver side couldn’t open anymore, as it was bent and scratching against the fender. While the right headlight was coming out from the front and the bumper was not aligned and dropping slightly down.

All thing that weren’t there before!

They didn’t admit the issues when I first got there, instead waited for me to pay and go.

After I’ve informed them about the damages, they’ve acted all confused on how it could have happened, which I found very dishonest.

After speaking and arguing with the manager of FastiFit Wolverton, he offered to pay for the damage of the door once it gets quoted and fixed, but not the rest.

They refused to have a written agreement and they couldn’t offer refound although this will be very inconvenient for me as I have to take time off work to get it fixed and will lose money on what they won’t pay.

The mechanic that did the work with blue eyes, ginger hair, was not apologetic or whatsoever but instead was laughing, not admitting it and acting carelessly towards my disappointment, while eating an ice cream.
Just to make things even worse he also insulted me while leaving saying that I am a fuc***** wan*er.

Now awaiting to take them to court.

This is my very first bad review ever in my life and I hate be having to do this but I feel I could help other people prevent this miserable experience.

Took my VW T4 to Norwich Fast fit to get 3 new tyres, came back with the 3 alloys all chipped. The tyre they didn't touch, alloy is fine, which is rather FRUSTRATING!

Time wasters!
I booked a service online for 9.45 am at Kingston milton-keynes. I got there at 9.30 only to be told it would take all day as I was the last one in! What's the point in having a booked time slot if it's still going to take all day? Needless to say I told them to leave it, & I'll take my business elsewhere.

Took my well maintained van in for an MOT, it failed.
spoke to the manager and he said I needed £1200 worth of work doing to my brakes! I have had no issues with them at all.
He said he could get it through the mot for £580, Although I could smell a rat I needed the van for tomorrow so I said go ahead.
After I paid and got the van home ,I read the mot paperwork and it actually failed on rear brake pads £83!!!! The rest was this thief manager upping the work needed. If I could give zero stars I would. It says the managers name was MIKE but I think this is a generic name as his name appears on all the testimonials from Wolverton, Bletchley and Kingston Branch.

Scratched my alloys really badly when they serviced my car. If you really care about how your car looks don't take it to these guys. They do very slappy job.

Shame on you, Needed my brakes done, charge £68 good value i thought, So Booked it, took it in Merc A class W168, not in there more than 2 mins when i was called in , They said i need new disks new brakes and a new left caliper, total £370, i did not have the cash, so they put it back together, decided to do the job myself oreded a new caliper £30 new disks £40 new brakes £20, went to take the tyres off they were done up so tight we could not undo them it took 3 days to get them loose( what if i had a flat tyre how would i ever be able to change it) 270nm recommended any got the old caliper off on left only to find that there is nothing wrong with all the seals were fine left hand disk needed changing right was still good but i did both
i just wounder why instead of sending me back out in a car with grinding brekes you did not just do what needed doing ie brakes and disks. no you had to be greedy and as a result you got nothing

My wife went in to get a quote for work on her brakes this company quoted nearly £150 more than 5 other local garages. However, when I went in they quoted similar to other garages.

Paid £170 for two new tyres and tracking to be done. The tracking obviously wasn’t done correctly as my tyres were worn on the insides showing cords 2 months later. I sent an email to the station asking someone to get in contact and heard nothing. Sent another email again a few weeks later. Again heard nothing. Contacted them on social media, surprise surprise somebody finally contacted me. In short, unwilling to do anything to help or compensate. Awful customer service!!!

You know you can trust a company who takes their time and resources to provide a service (for me, checking my brakes), to then tell me that there is nothing wrong with them and to them not even charge for Labour.
I’ve used Fastfit many times and I find the staff here to be efficient, honest and thorough. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy bunch of chaps who will tell you how it is.

Fastfit Milton Keynes: very impressed with the service received today. They did an MOT on my car when other garages refused to. The waiting room is perfect for families (hot drinks, clean toilets etc), the staff were lovely from start to end and they charged me a much lower price than anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.

Tried to contact via online form and got no response so I called to book in for a wiper replacement. Arrived at Kingston on booked day/time to be told they had no record of my booking. Repeatedly and in an aggressive tone demanded to know who'd I'd made the booking with, which of course the person hadn't told me. Suggested I'd called the wrong location, blamed their computer system, basically pretty unhelpful and a good example of terrible customer service.

The guys at Kingston are absolutely amazing!! Took my car there now a number of years and without a doubt always been brilliant. car Recently failed its MOT and the guys went above and beyond in searching for the part and being as honest in telling me it’ll be cheaper for me to order the part then them.
Service is impeccable!! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

VERY HONEST BUSINESS... SAVED ME THOUSANDS OF POUNDS!

I can highly recommend Fast Fit Kingston! Last week I had an absolute disaster where my car (only five years old) irreparably broke down. After having it recovered to Fast Fit, Wayne and his team looked at it within good time. When Wayne called me to break the news that it was likely that the engine was blown my heart sank, BUT due to their knowledge and expertise the team had recognised that the fault may be covered by my car manufacturer as part of a previous safety recall. With me not knowing anything about the subject, Wayne went above and beyond to do due dillgence about the issue, making calls and researching it online even though he knew this might mean that Fast Fit would not get my business if I ended up having to take the car back to the manufacturer. In fact this is exactly what happened; after some back and forth the manufacturer admitted fault - the problem that Fast Fit has diagnosed was exactly the problem the car had - and committed to fitting a new engine at no cost to me. Even then Wayne and the team were helpful in liaising with me to get the car towed to the manufacturer, when they had no real reason to be. I cannot emphasise enough that this repair would have cost literally THOUSANDS of pounds and I would never have known to check the fault. Spending that amount would have seriously impacted my family. If these guys were less honest or caring they could've just taken my money but they are committed to helping people. We have two cars which we already take to Fast Fit Kingston for each MOT and service and of course this has only strengthened our resolve to do so, as well as recommending Fast Fit to anyone who will listen.

FastFit are brilliant! Really efficient, honest and transparent about the charge. There are no surprises or hidden extras. I needed 2 new tyres on a Friday afternoon, they had the tyres in stock ready and they were fitted while we enjoyed a Nando's across the road! Great service
