This company has great products and customer service is amazing. There was a defect in the necklace I purchased for my husband. I reached out to the customer service team and the first question was “what can we do to make it right” ? It took no time for the new necklace to be shipped to us. I definitely recommend this company.

Had a great experience from this shop.
I purchased two necklaces. One as gift and one for myself. I loved mine it was lovely. I literally would wear it all the time since it said my name on it. But I forgot to put it away and it turned dark so I no longer wear it. Other than that I would purchase again.

I made an error in my order. I requested the date be etched on my ordered necklace. The date I requested was incorrect. Faruzo agreed to replace the necklace at no charge. That is exceptional customer service. Excellent customer care.

The name bracelet I ordered for my husband looks nice overall. However, some of our kids’ names are not centered on the metal
circles, so they appear to be almost falling off the rings. The main issue is that the clasp design makes it impossible for one person to put the bracelet on…a second set of hands is required, so my husband will never wear it because he wants to be able to remove it himself as needed.

The necklace I ordered was even nicer than expected. The quality was superior.

I purchased a gold ID personalized bracelet for my grandson. I was so pleasantly surprised when I received it. The packaging it came it was absolutely beautiful. I wasn't expecting that. Then when I opened it.... OMG. The bracelet was gorgeous. It looked like I spent three times more for it than I did. I found my new favorite store. Thank you FARUZO.

i ordered an angel number necklace...its dainty and beautiful AND well made. Ive worn it 24hrs through showers and exercise and even to bed...no problems at all!!! I've been known to be quite rough on jewelry...hey..i figure if I buy it...I wear it :)

The rings are not the same as they were shown. The images used for the items mislead you with the ones you expect. Low quality, not worth it.

I am writing this review to tell you how grateful I am to have found such a great company, as FARUZO, to order jewelry from.
I ordered a custom ankle bracelet for my girlfriend for her birthday.
The party was on the last day that the jewelry was suppose to arrive but it was in the evening so I thought it would be a perfect plan. I placed my order on 2/25/22 and I needed it for 3/13/22 at 8pm. My confirmation window to receive the item was 3/7-3/13 at my New York home.
On 3/2/22, I received an email stating that my package was waiting for distribution and was in Miami so I thought that I was in good shape and it should arrive as scheduled.
As it turns out, it ended up not arriving on time due to some back up of packages in Miami. I contacted FARUZO several times during this journey via email and they always replied with a prompt response.
They tracked the package daily and gave me updates.
I expressed how important and time sensitive the package was to me.
They were nothing but helpful and apologetic even though it was really out of their hands once it left their facility, but still they took full responsibilty and promised if it didn't arrive on time that they would refund my purchase for the full amount.
Unfortunately, it did not make it in time for the party. As upset as I was, I was appreciative that they emailed me and said they would refund my credit card for the full amount as long as I sent it back once it arrived. I planned to do just that when another email arrived almost immediately which stated that they didn't want me to go through any more trouble of having to return the item so they told me I can still have a refund and I can keep the item as well!
I never expected this outcome.
It exceeded any of my expectations.
I was so grateful and felt so renewed in the values of this company, that I will be ordering from them again as soon as possible.
I have told all my friends and colleagues about what an amazing company FARUZO is and as I showed my one friend the ankle bracelet and how beauitful it actually was, he went on their website and ordered one for his girlfriend as well.
I needed to write this review because I wanted everyone to know that this is a fantastic company with amazing customer service and they really DO care and care about making things right!
I just want to say thank you again to FARUZO and for not only going up and beyond but for making a customer for life!!

The necklace was not what I expected at all. It was labeled as a mens necklace. It came all knitted up and the chain is very flimsy. Not worth the price at all. My boyfriend isn’t a small guy but this just didn’t match his size at all for a mens necklace. I wanted to return it but he was red to keep it because of the thought behind it.

The item was poorly made. The lettering made the bracelet look cheap.

I would like to change my previous review I should have emailed her she replaced the whole necklace when I just asked for the round ring that was very generous I will order again the pendant with my grandsons football number is beautiful
