We use Faronics Deep Freeze for controlling and maintaining computers used by the public in all our libraries within the city. Using Deep Freeze we are eaily able to keep them all up to date with Microsoft Patches and update software installed on them. Using through the cloud is a great way of being abble to do bulk changes on the fly.

What made this experience great? The personal and individual touch made by the account manager, Leon who made the effort to come to our HQ (fair distance from his office) on at least a couple of occasions. Never gave us a sales pitch just simply showed us what the system could offer and how it would benefit the project we wanted it for and left us to decide and make up our own minds. He is always on the other end of the phone if we need help as well as his technical team and nothing too much trouble.

Very proactive and puts in place anything we ask him in a fast and timely manner.

Can't fault the product or the service received very impressed with what it offers and delivers. Top marks to the team.

A very clear and concise cloud offering from the point of view of structuring our Libraries Public PC offerings and grouping them to represent our Libraries. I find Deepfreeze Cloud incredibly important from a maintenance and security point of view and , to be honest, I'd be lost without it. We have a farm of 11 Libraries and pre Faronics Deepfreeze Cloud the amount of time I had to dedicate to maintaining the Public PC's integrity was off the charts, nowadays If I have 2 x callouts a week that I cant deal with remotely that's very very rare and most reassuring. The support is great and finally the deepfreeze Cloud dashboard is very user friendly and informative.

We have used Faronics Deepfreeze on our Public Access PC's in Libraries for over 5 years now and have never felt the need to look for a different solution.

Deep Freeze is really the backbone of Faronics Cloud. By automatically resetting machines back to a clean, known state, it removes a huge amount of ongoing support and maintenance and significantly reduces downtime. The rest of the platform is clearly designed around this core functionality, and in day-to-day use everything fits together and works as expected.

The included Faronics Antivirus is actively used and has been very solid from a client perspective — lightweight, unobtrusive, and easy to manage without impacting performance. The Faronics Imaging solution has also been an absolute godsend, allowing laptops to be rebuilt quickly and consistently, saving a massive amount of time during rebuilds and replacements.

Overall, Faronics Cloud is a straightforward, well-designed platform where Deep Freeze drives the real value, backed up by tools that genuinely make managing devices easier.
