I thought that Buyer Beware is something I would hope not to say regarding this store.
I asked and was fitted for "Patagonia" Pants for fishing I was advised the fit was right although I mentioned to the member of staff the feet fitting seemed large for a 10 max uk.
It is very hard to understand the Sizing, MRL which I bought was MRL M is medium R is regular and L is Large, the MRL is a small label amongst many. The staff member said I needed room! The correct fit I now know i needed was MRM.
I then bought boots and once again was advised bigger was right, I was offered 12 UK which I queried but once again told one needs the space.
Having fished with some clumsiness in the local stream. I realised with the pants in particular with their huge padded neoprene foot which crumple in the boot, one has problems.
Returning to the store today I heard a salesman fit somebody with professional care after all £500 plus or up to £600 plus one needs some advice! And not just a quick lets sell the bloke stuff regardless. I would suggest strongly to do your homework, Googles AI is surprisingly, very helpful. I guess I shall keep fishing even though my stability is compromised along with some enjoyment and have of course wasted a lot of money on ill advised equipment.
There must be better people out there!

Visited the store last week and it was my lucky day, two Schōffel items in my size on sale. Happy days. The store is intelligently laid out and the staff are superb, very keen to serve and made me feel like my customer was appreciated. Quite a rarity these days.

Easy ordering process on-line. I have been a customer of Farlows for over 23 years and always have received first class service whether in store or with orders on-line. I can certainly recommend them.

One item had cobwebs and bobbled fabric, the other was not as described. And while organising the return was efficient enough the first returns label that was sent to me was a picture of a returns label sticker. I am still trying to work out exactly what I was supposed to do with a picture of a sticker. Eventually sorted and the refund was issued efficiently. However, it still leaves me searching for new chinos and a field jumper. Incidentally, when I was looking for the order number I seen that I had ordered an orvis rod a couple of years ago on preorder - they were never able to fulfil the order and I still have not received that rod. Believe the money I paid upfront was returned however. Needless to say, I will not be using Farlows again.

I recently purchased a Farlows check shirt from their online shop at full price. While the quality is good and I am satisfied with the shirt itself, prospective buyers should note that Farlows field shirts are a generous fit.
Unfortunately, the overall experience fell a little short of expectations. The packaging was particularly disappointing: the shirt was crammed into a small, thin brown cardboard box, more reminiscent of low-cost marketplace packaging than a premium heritage brand. This felt completely at odds with the Farlows image. The box carried only a token Farlows sticker and, notably, the item was dispatched by a company called “Sportfish”. A properly presented, branded box would have greatly improved the experience at minimal cost.

The biggest let-down, however, was an unexpected €25 customs charge on delivery. By contrast, retailers such as Cordings guarantee that all customs duties are included for international orders. As a result, I would unfortunately think twice before ordering from Farlows again and will be returning to Cordings in future

Order was despatched on 28th August and I'm still waiting, tracking informs me they will notify me when they try to deliver,not much help with that message Email to Farlowes 3 days ago no response at the moment .Not great is it Phoned Farlowes today 11/9 very helpful ,going to resend straight away Will be back with an update when I receive the order
Received my replacement order this morning excellent response 10 out of 10 Things do go wrong but how it's fixed is what matters Great response

If anyone in the angling community wants to hear about my experience with Farlows of Pall Mall I would be happy to pass on my experience especially my last interaction where Farlows representatives told me to F*** Off.
Hopefully meet up with anglers this year while on my various trips and pass on important information which might make choose another Brand…. Like SPC

I have only just recently started ordering items from Farlows and find their website and ordering process a pleasure to use,while most other online Angling shops charge for shipping,they don't which is another reason I will be using them from now on.
Farlows also use the post office and parcel force which is a bonus as parcels won't be left on the door step like some other courier's.

I recently bought an accessory for a yeti cup off the webshop. I knew they did them because i purchased one a few weeks back for someone else. This time it was for me so i wasnt a returning customer as such so used my paypal link to checkout. Turns out my postcode was missing from the order. A lady from the company called me up and left a voicemail to inform me that the PC was missing and it may delay the delivery. I returned the call left my correct information and 3 days later i got the part. I find that level of customer service is sadly lacking today in most outlets. Very grateful to the staff for the dedication they show. Great people to do business with.

I’d never heard of this company previously. Now realise they sell top end country sports type stuff. Nice to know that my tiny under £6 order received the same great care as a £££ order and is a sign of a well run, service focused company.

“Absolutely gorgeous” impeccably tailored jacket & im over the moon with it. I purchased a 44” in the “Farlows bespoke” Dark Olive Houndstooth tweed that gives me the look of a true traditional shooting jacket straight of a film set! It has a true “Vintage look” to it & a “Superior quality” hard wearing, but soft to the touch 500gm cloth that’s tough enough for Up in the hill & deep in the Coombes of Exmoor 🦌
Its impeccably tailored in Corby 🇬🇧 by hand, the good old fashioned way of tailoring that’s so rare nowadays! It’s many detailed Sporting features such as the “ Action Back” are perfect for shooting or, like me using a draw spotting scope & Bins up on the hill to watch Stags🦌 and the wonderful wildlife. The fit is perfect and with its gorgeous Military lining feels so comfortable. It looks great with my matching Farlows Classic Houndstooth flat cap. Maybe get the matching Breeches too 🤔 The communication with Farlows customer service in regards to sizing & Tweed colour confirmation has been fantastic & they have shown consistent patience leading up to a successful “investment purchase” May I thank Jack, the Product Manager @ Farlows, for his above & beyond help & kind unfaltering attention in helping me achieve the correct size & Tweed cloth colour way…So professional & refreshing these days!! To sum up I would recommend Farlows totally for their quality attire & accessories. Fast secure delivery & excellent customer service…I’m sure this Jacket will serve me for years in the field. I bought a fishing net for my husband, having received very good advice in-store. I subsequently purchased the product via Farlows online, to save carrying it - an easy ordering process & speedy delivery. The fishing net is light but robust, and the rubberised netting prevents harming the fish. A slight negative is the stiffness of the mechanism which locks the folding hinge in position but this may free up with more use.

I have purchased many items from Farlows and the service is second to none. It does not matter if the items are only a few pounds or considerably more the same care and speedy despatch is provided.

Never had any problems always fast delivery even with me living in the highlands of Scotland.
Anything I have purchased has been top quality, well packaged and undamaged .
Fallows is my 1st choice and favourite place to shop .
