Cancellation Experience
My experience with Dalziel at princess cruise lines was exceptional. I called to cancel my cruise due to unfortunate circumstances in our financial situation.
I was very upset with my situation and Dalziel was extremely calm and helpful. He worked it out so that I didn’t have to pay for the cancellation fees. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and extra effort to make this happen. And I do look forward to being able to cruise on princess cruises in the future. Thank you Dalziel and Princess Cruise Lines!
