this is a scam, I have bene scammed yesterday, somehow i got connected with them on flight change fro British Airways and they charged me for something i needed to change and it meant to be free as i spoken to britihs airways after being suspicous and turns out no adjustment made on account after 24 hours... AVOID this...

I contacted Aiden regarding a short birthday holiday for my wife and I. He searched for and found a three day trip to Malta, made all of the arrangements including transfers, and the trip was fantastic. We returned yesterday, and today Aiden called to check that his efforts went without issues and we enjoyed our holiday. This is customer service beyond expectation. So much so, I have asked Aiden to search for other suitable trips.

I am giving 5 star because the people are very helpful from the day you start talking to them .I have booked 5 tickets to a travel agent and the gentleman who was HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHYwhose names are Steve and Mick. They are very helpful in every point aspect. Other people write a bad review: don't take stress, I promise to all that it is fine as some people have different experiences to others.
