Have been trying to buy replica sword and 2 times in a row it asked for bank transfer and I am not willing to pay this way and when called the shop was told can't take details over the phone as might be left on counter so what wonderful staff they have that can't be trusted to type details into card machine without using paper so well done. And now on there review page they slandered me by calling me names so some company claims great reviews but wasn't not so long ago for certain reasons mm

cheap overpriced broken misleading purchased a berserker sword for nearly. £180 upon removing it from the box it was visibly worse than the one displayed and was unable to be held as it was bending under its own weight (thin sheet metal) after they issued a refund I purchased a vaporiser which turned out to be an electric pipe for 90 pounds never used they said they would refund but when returned they said found a tiny chip in the mouth piece which was obviously there at purchase as it was barely looked at before it was put back in the box I have copd and this is useless to me I also purchased a Thors hammer which when looked at with good eyes is not painted to a reasonable standard unless they were using there feet I wouldn't purchase things if you need glasses

Terrible. DO NOT buy anything which is of high value from here.

The staff in store are friendly and helpful, although, after I had spent a small fortune which I had saved up to buy one of their CO2 rifles, their tune changed. I returned the magazine as it was leaking and they treated me like a criminal. I had only used it 5 times, but it completely broke and they blamed me for it. It is clear that someone in the store had used the gun and tampered with it.

Appalling customer service.

I only chose here as it saved me £50 in comparison to their competitors. The replacement shall now cost me £60 on top of the £350 it had initially cost me to buy the gun. Save yourself the money and frustration and go somewhere with integrity and respect. "Cheshire Gun Rooms" and "McAvoy Guns" are two I can vouch for myself.
