Fancii and company are wonderful!!! In addition to having a good quality mirror they have many beautiful selections. I was lucky to get some with sparkles all over for Christmas presents and then picked a lovely one that was a little larger for my Sister. It was not here before Christmas as was out of stock - but they were thoughtful enough to mail it to her directly after the holidays! It was a wonderful New Year surprise!! Thank you so much for being a well organized and customer friendly company with a quality product.

I absolutely love the Fanci mirrors and have had a great experience with their customer service. They are top notch!

Ordered a few as gifts and the recipients all loved it. The packaging was nice and the product was great. Mirror felt like it was of good quality. Everyone liked how well the light button worked and that you could toggle between a bright white and a softer evening light or no light.

One of the big morning news shows had the Taylor compact mirrors as a top pick for Christmas gifts, 2025. They seemed pretty spendy, but I took advantage of the price break for buying more and bought three. Gifted one each to my 20 yo daughter and her friend who are very picky and very much into makeup. They LOVE these mirrors. Worked with customer service for an exchange of one due to a color preference. Customer service was AMAZING.
Would buy again. No negatives. A+

The item I wanted was out of stock and not expected until mid-January, but I received it in very early January. Company representatives communicated personally with me throughout the process - very nice - so I had no concerns that it would not be delivered as promised.

Bought about a dozen mini Taylor compact mirrors as stocking stuffers for my college age nieces - they all LOVED because there is terrible light in dorm rooms! Had a very small issue with 2 of them and almost didn't contact Customer Service. I did contact them and they were amazing to say the least! I had 2 new mirrors in my hands in less than 48hrs!......very happy customer and would HIGHLY recommend Fancil & Co.

Great mirror and love the different designs. I did receive a mirror with a broken hinge so I contacted customer service and they got back to me right away and replaced the item within a short amount of time.

I had an issue with an order through Amazon, and Fancii made it right. The communication was slower but consistent, and eventually i was refunded. The actual product (mirror) is great. I bought multipl,e but one arrived damaged.

I bought 10 Taylor mirrors to give as holiday gifts to all of the woman/girls in my family. Everyone got the color that suited them. Mirrors were well received by everyone. One was damaged and broken, and even though I had purchased in September, Fancii stood by their product and sent me a replacement. I really appreciate this kind of commitment to customer service. Makes me feel great about my purchase and I will buy again! Thank you Fancii!

Great customer service. My email inquiry was answered by a real human who was undertanding and helped easily resolve my question. also, the mirror is a great product. the size, magnificaiton and lighting make it ideal for travel. i highly recommend Fancii.

My wife and kids received their Mila 2 mirrors today and they absolutely love them! They are very nice and durable. I had questions about the shipping and contacting support and received an answer right away. I reached out to customer support because a product I had stopped working. I provided a video to show them the issue and how my followers were telling me specifically how the product should work. Customer service was able to provide a replacement.

The product is beautiful and customer service was excellent! I had an issue with the hinge on my mirror breaking. The representative offered to send me a new one! It's great to see a company stand behind their product. I am excited to get my new mirror, as I use it all the time and it is great for taking on vacation! I bought a folding mirror for a Christmas present and when it was opened the hinge was broken. The package was in good shape. I emailed on Christmas Eve and they asked for pics which I supplied. Christmas Day they emailed to say a new one will be on the way and I did not have to send the broken one back. Super nice! The mirror is very cool and adjusts easily. Will probably buy myself one after I saw it. I was recommended to buy this by a friend and I will recommend as well!

I wanted to return a travel makeup mirror because it didn't light on both sides. It was a gift for my husband, and I misread the description and didn't realize that only one side had a light. I contacted Fancii about returning it, and they were unbelievably fabulous in helping me. They refunded my purchase and said that I didn't have to return the mirror. I was blown away that I didn't have to return it, and they were so kind about refunding my purchase...no questions asked. I will definitely recommend this company to others, and I will definitely shop from them again. Thanks so much for your kindness!
