Disappointed with the quality of dresses. The only way I can return dresses is if I upload photos of them. Otherwise I can't return Even though this was never stated in their return policy. But they did let me know that they missed this information(uploading photos of items to be returned) on their Returns Policy section and addressed this to their team for correction. I have never had a company ask to upload photos for a return. No phone number to contact anyone. Are they Based in LA because the shipment came from China. Buyer beware.

For a company that claims to pride itself on ethics and sustainability, my experience with Fame and Partners could not be further from the ethos they purport to have. I placed an order in January for a Made to Order dress for my upcoming rehearsal dinner. The time frame I was given showed the latest time of arrival as weeks before the date I needed it by. After the window had passed, I reached out to their support team. This is the most poorly run company I have ever experienced. They do not care about anything except their bottom line. They continuously gaslit and lied to me about the delivery date that was provided to me at checkout in January. Even still, they are saying the dress that I purchased only has an 8-10 week make option available while advertising it on their website as 4-7 weeks. My dress will not arrive on time, I have repeatedly told them that if they cannot honor the time frame provided then I have no use for the dress and do not want it. I am now being told that it MIGHT ship from China the week before my event. They refuse to take any responsibility, or offer any explanations instead they just repeat the same 3 sentences over and over despite photographic evidence provided by me that contradicts them. Furthermore, I was told that the dress didn't even begin the INITIAL stage of production until the 7th week after my order was placed. I could not urge you enough to find somewhere else to purchase a dress. Particularly if you are planning to purchase a dress for a Wedding or other specific event. All of their items are made in China despite claiming to be a sustainable, USA located brand. They spend more time trying to scrub bad reviews than actually delivering and following through with the commitments they make at purchase. Zero Stars.

I ordered a dress and it didn’t look good on me and was about 4 inches too short so I wanted to do the “simple” return right away. I went online and turns out I needed to submit a return application so I filled it out and it said I had to wait for approval. It’s been about 3 months and now they are saying I can’t return it because it’s past 30 days.

I am 100% happy with my first Fame & Partners experience for the Strappy Draped Gown! My measurements spanned a few different sizes, so I reached out for advice on which size to get, and the team steered me in the right direction. The dress fits great, I just need to have the straps shortened.

Loved the fabric and colour of the dresses for my bridesmaids. They looked so stunning 💕

What a great experience. I purchased the Francois dress and I couldn’t be happier. The quality is worth the price and the fact that I don’t have to get any other alteration on it makes it that much better. The customer service has also been immaculate.

I am very happy with my purchase and very pleased/impressed with the Fame and Partners support team. I ordered the Sarah dress in emerald green and I love it. The fabric is stunning and the detailing - the buttons, the seams, the pleating in the skirt of the dress - is of a very high quality. When I placed my order, I made a mistake when selecting my size. The support team keenly noticed the discrepancy between the measurements I provided and the size I ordered and they contacted me to advise me on a larger size. I'm so grateful they did because my Sarah dress now fits perfectly! This is my second time ordering a bridesmaid's dress at Fame and Partners and I really do think it will remain my go-to place.

Awesome service! It took roughly a month to receive my piece, much shorter than expected! Little waste and a dress that fits like a glove! Definitely will order from again!

I absolutely love my dress! It is great quality and showed up way faster than expected. The ability to customize length is incredible, no tailoring required. I'll definitely be buying another dress soon.

Had the BEST experience with fame & partners customer support! I desperately needed a new size in a dress for the wedding I was in. They worked so hard to get back to me and find me something that would work for the wedding. I am so so grateful they went above and beyond to help my situation. 10/10!!!

Sent the wrong dress several times. Takes forever to get in touch with. Material cheap and not flattering. Go anywhere else!

I had a great first experience ordering my rehearsal dinner dress from F&P. I love how customizable the gown was. It was also very helpful that customer service reached out to confirm my measurements because they thought another size would be a better fit. Just to be clear, the gowns are not custom to your size, but they are made-to-order. The gown was delivered in a timely manner and is a beautiful fit and quality.

I got their mystery bag, which is 5 items for $150. it is a complete ripoff. i was expecting to get dresses they had on their outlet website, which would have been great. however, the 3 out of 5 were awful. like a waste of fabric. two were strange but not too bad. i would wear none of these pieces anywhere.

basically, what i think happened was that they had badly made sample pieces sitting around, so they put that in a bag and sold them off. or maybe a few returns got thrown in the mix.

out of the 5 pieces, only two of them are decent (the returns i think). do not buy

I ordered a dress for my High School Graduation ceremony and Frame and Partners. Throughout the process I received the kindest and most helpful support from the service and was even offered a total refund should have the dress not arrived on time for my graduation.
The quality of the dress itself is amazing and the cut perfectly fitting.
I can totally recommend buying a dress from fame and partners!

Great experience! Ordered atue Francois dress and because of my measurements, F&P reached out to me to confirm and make sure that I would receive the right fitting. The dress ended up fitting PERFECT and was a beautiful dress for my intimate elopement ceremony!

My dress was wonderful. I have odd measurements, and this dress was handmade to their specifications. Everything was high quality and so much better than anything “off the rack” for this price point. If you’re on the fence, go for it! Their return policy is very fair, even though I didn’t have to use it… but I’d planned on carefully trying on the dress, being mindful to avoid cat hair and deodorant stains, and returning it if I didn’t like it. But when I put it on, it fit like a dream and I loved it!

My dress turned out perfectly! The fit was amazing, the color was fantastic, and it was so much fun to dance in! I can’t recommend fame and partners enough!

Horrible experience. This dress is clearly not custom made. The first dress I ordered fit horribly and after trying it on I immediately returned it. Ive been waiting months for my return to process and finally emailed and asked what's going on and was told the dress cannot be returned because its "damaged". When asked for proof of damage I was sent a picture of a lint roller with some dog hair. The dress is also clearly marked "made in china". Such a scam.
