Initially very pleased with product, it's beautifully made. Unfortunately the Rawl plugs supplied with Instructions for installation were not up to standard and left us with two large holes in the wall with broken Rawl plugs.
After no contact for possibly a month following a complaint the company finally reached out to me via a phone call and said they would pay for the extra hardware we had to purchase to install the shelf due to not noticing my email and the trouble we had.
Unfortunately they did not do this and decided as Kalarna were happy they finally made contact they didn't have to do this and so they didn't.
Unfortunately this has left a sour taste and broken trust with what I had thought was a reputable business.

*** Must also add to this given the response provided by the business stating so smugly that 'they won'.
This is still under review from Kalarna.
I must also add that if you receive a phone call from someone at the busines pleading with you to drop the Kalarna dispute, don't do it no matter what is offered. Follow the correct channels as I should have done fully.

Received item and lettering isn't even covered with the ink.. missing the colour.. tried to email told its the wood and nothing they can do.. said I can return and they will try and fix it.. all pictures they post the lettering looks fab so not sure why they are saying it's the type of wood.. terrible quality

Update 31.05.23 .. received an email today and they have offered to pay for the return so hopefully they will resolve the issue

Update 01.06.23.. received an email about there upset on reading my review but despite 2 emails where I have asked for a return label so they can rectify I haven't had a response

I've been following the Instagram page for a while but as we knew we were moving I had to wait patiently until I could place my first order as I didn't know what would work in our new home. When I was finally ready to order I had a query about engraving, communication was great and I received great customer service. My shelves arrived this week and they are beautiful.

Beautiful hand crafted items. Absolutely thrilled with them. Even better, one of my chopping boards had the ‘Handstamped by Grandad Tony’ stamp on the packaging- I actually squeeled! It’s expensive kit but fabulous. So I guess you get what you pay for. I’ve had coat stand, picture shelf and now chopping boards. Very pleased. ( there was an issue with floating shelf which was dealt with promptly and rectified) . The website couldn’t cope with two different gift voucher codes, so Katie sorted this for me vie email. Excellent communications. A beautiful family business with beautiful family members running it.
