Wow what a company and what a family. Nothing is ever too much for them, and there communication/customer service is outstanding. There products are absolutely amazing the hard work that goes into every single item is just extraordinary. I currently have 12 of their products and I know that I will continue to order in the future. If you want something a little bit special in your house then this is the company to go to. Just perfect. I came across this company on Instagram and loved a lot of the items they made but when I see the sleighs advertised for Christmas 2024 I knew I needed one! I managed to secure one on their second release and was told it would arrive Christmas week. It’s actually arrived a week early and in the most perfect storage box and protected well. I’d also been kept up to date regarding the order so I knew it was in progress etc. despite this being an Instagram page with a large following, it’s a small family run business that love what they do but work hard - I kept up to date with their stories and they’ve worked round the clock to make these sleighs, plus all their usual orders, arrive with customers asap. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and product I’ve received and will definitely be returning.

I ordered a personalised sleigh and Santa/Rudolf treats tray and absolutely love them. They will last forever so worth the money to me. Yes the delivery took longer than expected but they were worth the wait. Beautiful pieces.

I’ve just received the sleigh which is so lovely and such good quality. This is the ninth item I’ve bought and they’ve all been gorgeous. A few have been presents so unfortunately I didn’t get to keep them! Any queries I’ve had about my orders have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend them enough.

Really disappointed with their customer service. We ordered 3 different shelves including a floating wine shelf. However, I have emailed 3 times regarding an issue I have with the wine shelf, basically the slots are too small for a standard bottle of wine when mounted to the wall. I've had one reply requesting photos which I have duly replied, but now there appears to be silence and no reply for almost 2 weeks? I understand it's a small family run business but customer care is key. I really hope I receive a solution to my problem very soon.

I have ordered many products and each one has been absolutely faultless and stunning. The latest addition is the wine oak coaster which I had engraved with the word ‘cheers’ - it’s amazing how something so simple yet beautiful can elevate a bottle of wine !!! I use the coaster on some shelves in my kitchen - and it turns my bottle of red almost into an ornament - giving it pride of place (until it is empty 🤪🤪)
