Do not hesitate if you’re considering a purchase from Fallers. Customer service is exemplary, I made a huge mistake with my order; they were so gracious, it was sorted out and all is well. Fallers are an outstanding company
Fallers were absolutely wonderful. They reached out to me in advance to help coordinate matching Claddagh rings for my daughter and me for her 21st birthday. Their team were so helpful and friendly, even reassuring me that if the fit wasn’t quite right, I could return them to get it sorted properly. We chose the Connemara Marble setting as a nod to our Irish roots, which made them even more special.
When the rings arrived, they were so beautifully packaged I almost didn’t want to unwrap them! Everything was wrapped with such care, and they included lovely presentation bags – perfect for travelling with the rings from Ireland to Italy, where we surprised our daughter at the Vatican.
I genuinely couldn’t be happier with Fallers. Their attention to detail, communication, and overall customer experience were absolutely outstanding. Proud to support an Irish company that truly values their customers.

Lovely selection of Nomination Charms which is what brought me to Fallers Website. Jewellery came well packaged and arrived with a lovely Postcard with their shopfront on it . Delivery was within the timeframe given. Overall a hassle free experience.
