Top class customer service
Top class customer service. I was ordering a Nomination bracelet for my sister’s birthday and I was debating ordering it from a number of websites but I decided to order from Fallers Jewellers to support an Irish business, and I’m glad I did. I was delighted when the delivery was free and then it arrived the next day! I was over the moon and I will definitely order from them again!

Staff are just brilliant
Recently I went into Fallers for a look for a watch for my son for a special occasion the girls were so helpful. I then went down shop street to another jewellers to see what they had, the staff didn't even look up when I browsed. So I went back to Fallers and the girls were so helpful and genuine i bought a beautiful watch. One lady in particular was absolutely brilliant, Mary I think was her name. So helpful and kind. Fallers have just gained a lifelong customer.

Such a hassle free experience
Such a hassle free experience. From locating the item I wanted on the website, to receiving it in the mail was excellent. I will certainly be using Fallers Jewellers again and will be recommending it to others.

Great shopping experience in store and online
We visited the shop and staff were very patient attentive and knowledgable. When we then ordered online a few weeks later we had a very prompt email back seeking some extra information to make sure we got exactly the right choice. Amazing service all round!
